Meet Tiffany Wall

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffany Wall and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tiffany, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I always wanted to own my own practice. Even when I was young and found my interest and love for chiropractic, I knew I wanted my own business. I think I am just wired that way. When I was in undergrad I got my degree and all the pre-recs for chiropractic school but I also Minored in Business because I wanted some knowledge in what that looks like. I also wanted to build the practice of my dreams, not based on what someone else wanted.
I think many of us want to start a business because we think of the “freedom” of being our own boss. I love that I do have some flexibility but its not truly the time freedom and flexibility I originally wanted. It means I do a lot of admin work or paperwork in early mornings or after my kiddos go to sleep. But it does allow me change hours or take time off based on what works for my family. I also work really hard to do the same for all of my employees because I think that is important for everyone, not just me as the owner.

What should our readers know about your business?
At New Beginnings Chiropractic, we provide thorough exams and chiropractic care tailored for everyone in the family. We specialize in pregnancy and pediatric chiropractic care so we can walk through these big transitions in life with you providing you with resources and helping your nervous system function better so you function better during the changes that come with adding to your family and growth of your children. Our big goal is to help people to remember that their body is designed to self-regulating, self-healing and we simply help their body do its job as efficiently as possible.
New Beginnings has been around for 9 years as of June 2025 and I am so proud of the environment we have cultivated here. Parents getting care, know they can bring their children with them either to be in the adjusting rooms with us or in the play area in the waiting room. Patients tell us all the time that they are so glad their children feel comfortable here because if they couldn’t bring them, it would be much harder to get care for themselves and their kids. It has not been an easy road to build NBC into what it is today. I was pregnant when I opened which meant I couldn’t do all the things I wanted to do and build as fast as I wanted. I had another baby in early 2020 and shortly after returning from maternity leave faced a forced shut down. Both times were significant financial struggles due to facing bills and loans with little or no income (during the shut down). I also have grown my team from just myself and my incredibly amazing office manager, adding another doctor and staff which has been a journey to learn managing people, when I had never done that before in my life. I learned a lot of all of my situations but that is the nature of running a business. A new hurdle is set before you and you figure it out as you go. Perseverance is the biggest suggestion I have for other business owners. If you can weather the down times, you will see the return to good times because business ownership is a giant rollercoaster.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Northern Colorado has so many options and it would completely depend on the personalities of the friends visiting. We are outdoor people and we spend a lot of time in the nature areas, RMNP or in Lory State Park. We cook at home mostly but have enjoyed The Lodge in Windsor. There are great breweries here and we love the views from Sweetheart Winery. Thursday night concerts at Windsor Lake are always a hit and there are so many events over the weekends that there is never a lack of things to do.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would love to shoutout Dr. Elise Rigney! She befriended me when I first opened and walked through a very challenging time for me, she lovingly forced me to plan for and actually helped with my maternity leave when my practice was barely started. She has encouraged me, inspired me, and taught me so much both professionally and personally. She is an amazing person and I don’t think I would be where I am without her help both early in practice and when I looked at growing my practice later on.
