Meet Dr. Jessica Riechert, D.C.

We had the good fortune of connecting with Dr. Jessica Riechert, D.C. and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Dr. Jessica, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
For me, the habits that have helped me succeed as a business owner start with how I take care of *me* — mind, body, and spirit. I start most mornings with meditation to get grounded and clear. It’s my non-negotiable time to tune in before the rest of the world gets loud.
I carve out time for vision planning regularly — because if I’m not clear on where I’m going, how can I expect my business to grow in the right direction? When things get hard I return to my vision to help keep me moving forward.
Workouts are another key. Moving my body gives me energy, clears my head, and reminds me I’m strong — not just physically, but in every way. Pair that with healthy eating, and I’m fueling my body and brain to perform at their best.
I also believe that every great leader needs a coach. Having a business coach gives me accountability, perspective, and the occasional loving kick in the butt when I’m stuck in my own blind spots.
And most importantly, I lean into my people. My friends, my community, my ride-or-dies — they remind me I’m not alone in this. Business can feel isolating, but it doesn’t have to be.
Success isn’t just about hustle — it’s about alignment. When I take care of myself, stay connected to my purpose, and surround myself with good people, that’s when the magic happens. ✨

What should our readers know about your business?
My business is more than just a place people come to “feel better” — it’s a space for aligning body, mind, and soul back to their natural brilliance. I’m a chiropractor, a functional wellness practitioner, and a little bit of a magicial decoder in a white coat. I blend science, intuition, functional testing and energy work to help people get to the *actual* root of what’s holding them back — not just physically and physiologically but emotionally and energetically.
What sets me apart? Well, first off, I’m a **Projector** in Human Design, which means I’m not built for the hustle — I’m built for deep seeing, precise guidance, and helping others move from burnout and confusion to clarity and embodiment. I’m not here to treat surface-level symptoms or throw supplements at the problem. I’m here to *witness, reflect, and guide* people into powerful, sustainable healing — especially those who’ve tried “everything” and still feel off. (Spoiler alert: it’s usually deeper than they think.)
Now let’s be real: has it been easy? Absolutely not. I’ve made mistakes, had moments of burnout, made some painfully expensive decisions, and definitely fell into the trap of trying to be what I thought a “successful business owner” should look like. But the truth is, every misstep has been part of an amazing journey. The key? **Evaluate. Pivot. Adapt. Learn. Repeat.** You don’t get to your purpose without some challenges, that’s where the real growth begins.
I’m most proud of the fact that I’ve stayed true to my knowing, even when it didn’t make sense on paper. I’ve built a practice that honors *alignment over hustle*, *energy over ego*, and *impact over image*. And I’m damn proud of the community of humans who trust me to walk with them on their healing journeys.
If there’s one thing I want the world to know about me and my brand — it’s that I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to help you remember. Your body isn’t broken. Your story matters. And healing isn’t about doing more — it’s about figuring out where the body is not functioning correctly and fixing the root cause so you can be your best self at any stage of life*

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
It’s funny because my best friend is coming to visit soon. We. are planning a week of fun, food, movement, and a little magic in the mountains. This is what I was already kind of planning.
Dr. Jess’s “Best Week Ever” Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival + Grounding
* Pick her up with snacks and water, we all need that after a plane ride.
* Kick things off with a chiropractic adjustment — because travel = tight hips and back stiffness
* Dinner at Blue Island Oyster Bar in Cherry Creek.
Day 2: Paddle + Chill
* Morning paddle boarding at Chatfield Reservoir or Bear Creek Lake Park. Colorado sunshine, water, and a good music playlist.
* Lunch on a patio with a smoothie bowl or tacos — I love Vital Root for healthy, fun eats.
* Afternoon AO scan + chill vibes with detox foot baths or infrared sauna.
* Casual dinner at Postino (wine + bruschetta boards forever).
Day 3: Hiking
* Early hike at St. Mary’s Glacier or Maxwell Falls— scenic, but not too hard to kill my sea level friend.
* Stop at a local café for post-hike fuel
* Light shopping or wandering in Old Town Littleton or Pearl Street.
* Dinner at Blue Oyster Bar again because it’s that good. and we love oysters
Day 4: Red Rocks Day
* Breakfast at Snooze
* Mid-morning tour or gentle hike around Red Rocks Amphitheatre
* If there’s a concert that night? We’re going. If not, we’re doing a yoga class
* Dinner at The Fort or a hidden gem in Morrison.
Day 5: Spa + Sassy Vibes
* Spa day! Massages, facials, whatever your nervous system needs.
* A little “woo” time — maybe a sound bath, or energy work
* Dinner in the DTC area — **Ocean Prime** if we’re feeling fancy.
Day 6: Mountain Magic
* Day trip to Evergreen or Breckenridge for mountain-town charm.
* Shopping, coffee, and that small-town sparkle.
* Scenic drive back with sunset views and deep convos.
Day 7: Brunch + Integration
* Final day brunch at Root Down or Lucile’s.
* Reflect, relax, maybe one last walk or paddle depending on energy.
* Drop off at the airport with full hearts, tired legs, and zero regrets.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
There are *so* many amazing people who have crossed my path that this shoutout could easily turn into a novel — and honestly, what a beautiful problem to have. But if I had to shine the spotlight on one person who forever changed the trajectory of my life, it would be **Dr. Marie Starling, DC**.
Not only did she *literally* save my life and give me my health back, but by working in her office, I witnessed firsthand the power of true healing and the life-changing magic of chiropractic. She didn’t just help me heal — she lit the spark that led me to become a chiropractor myself.
I would not be walking this path, serving in this way, or living this purpose if it weren’t for her influence, mentorship, and heart.
