We had the good fortune of connecting with Adriana Giorgetti and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Adriana, we’d love for you to start things off by telling us something about your industry that we and others not in the industry might be unaware of?
When people think of business owners, what automatically comes to mind is the entrepreneurship glam. The whole “I work for myself” mindset, the traveling, being your own boss, and the ability to make your plans and adjust your schedule according to your personal plans. Reality is, you work 24/7. You’re the founder, CEO, sales rep, driver, janitor, content creator, and the only one to blame for small and big decisions in your business. Also, being in the digital marketing segment means a lot of top quality competitors; our 20+ years of experience is our superpower, though. It used to feel like a weakness of mine, which has now been revealed as my advantage, and prospects can see that.
What should our readers know about your business?
Our all-women team here at PostingBee draws on broad experience and international expertise to create the most powerful outcomes for our clients. We believe in transparency, trust, plenty of communication, and dogs are always welcome in our meetings. We are the kind of agency that will not take in ten clients at once, because we greatly value the quality of services we provide. Instead, we focus on creating a great and empathetic experience, where not only we are able to provide a full customized plan for their marketing needs, but we can also develop a meaningful and long lasting relationship with our clients.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Because 2020 was such an atypical year, my family and I decided to stay in Colorado and enjoy some local adventures. We spent some time in Dillon and had the opportunity to live a bit of the lake life for a week. Kayaking, paddle boarding, and watching the sunset behind the mountains, was just magical and my teenagers really liked this simple, but purposeful experience. We highly recommend renting a house with lake view so you get to have your coffee in the morning while watching boats and gatherings on the shore. Picnic for lunch and for dinner enjoy the cool vibe of Pug Ryans – one of the best crab cakes I have had in Colorado. We also had the chance to zipline in Idaho Springs, and that itself was an unforgettable outdoor treat. I highly recommend AVA Rafting and Zipline; their zipline course with the platforms built into the natural landscape rather than on top of towers is breathtaking – literally!
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I am part of a wonderful group of local women entrepreneurs and without my business coach (and our group leader), Cheri Ruskus (https://businessvictories.com/), I’d probably have closed doors long ago. She is an amazing mentor and her knowledge and experience has made a huge impact in my life as a solopreneur and individual.
