We had the good fortune of connecting with Alex King and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alex, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Community. With Ritual Strength Gym we strive to build a place where people feel like they belong and can truly be themselves and be surrounded by others than want them to succeed in every aspect of life, not just within the gym. With changing ages many activities and information can be found online, and the personal factor has been taken out, so having a place where people can go and feel welcomed and apart of something has been a massive driving factor of our success.

What should our readers know about your business?
What sets us apart from other gyms I believe is a multitude of things. One of those things is the tight knit community we have here that embodies the meaning of support and self-improvement in every aspect of your life, to the specialty equipment we provide to strength sports athletes that can be difficult to find at other places.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Aside from our gym, we have a few places around the area that we enjoy visiting. Darkheart Coffee is always a great place to start the morning. Great breakfast options, amazing coffee and a very solid atmosphere to get your day started. Loveland isn’t in the mountains itself, but Estes Park is only a short drive away and you’ll be right in the mountains, surrounded by wild elk and plenty of tourist options for food and sight seeing. Locally, we enjoy food from, Grimm Brothers, Comet Chicken and Kobe Sushi. Lake Loveland is also a nice destination within the town to spend time at. Walking trails and beautiful water make for a relaxing summer day as well as a great place to enjoy the sunset.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Our Members. We wouldn’t be anything without the support and help of those who come to the gym. More than membership costs, and what they provide financially, we’ve never been in short supply of help when equipment needed moved, volunteers for events, just general everyday tasks involved with running a facility like this.
