Meet Alysha Schuring | Entrepreneur : Co-Owner Alyth Active and Denver Sports Medicine

We had the good fortune of connecting with Alysha Schuring and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Alysha, how do you think about risk?
I believe that growth is all about taking risks. Often times you don’t want to wait until you have everything figured out before you take the leap. Growth, opportunity and success comes from believing in yourself and your mission and hitting the ground running. Hard work, dedication, constant learning and taking risks has got us where we are today.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Alyth Active. Where ACTIVE is defined by YOU. “Active” looks different for every person and our definition of being active certainly changes throughout our life cycle. We are here to break the mold that “working out” is the only way to keep healthy. Whether you are running a marathon, chasing your kids in the backyard, lifting in the gym, or taking a walk in the park – every conscious movement of your body is a victory. Alyth celebrates these moments by providing EVERYONE with premium quality, comfortable, inclusive and endlessly versatile activewear. From day to night, from workout to night out, Alyth Active allows a seamless transition that feels and looks good on every body.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take them to Golden – by far my favorite city in Denver West. I would have coffee at Red Silo, walk around and shop at all the local shops in downtown Golden, do a free yoga class at Alyth Active, grab some lunch at Kona Bowls, tube down the river, grab some drinks at Buffalo Rose, and just enjoy the beautiful city.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My business partner for Alyth Active: Theresa Gardner
