Meet Amber Breedlove

We had the good fortune of connecting with Amber Breedlove and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Amber, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Myself , my daughter Leila , my daughter Isis, and my husband Robert moved from Louisiana to Colorado in 2018 and I worked as a server and Robert began working a landscaping job . In May of 2019, Robert was awarded full custody of his daughter , Clare , and she came to live with us from Louisiana at that time . In 2019, with the addition of Clare, we found it was impossible to be present with the children , work full-time jobs to pay the ever-growing bills , and have the ability to shuffle everyone around to their destinations. I was able to find a new company to work for that allowed a little more freedom as a property manager to make the school drop-offs and pick-ups, which was great. However, we were not as present with our family as we wanted to be. While working as a property manager I was made aware of the gap in reliable, great cleaners. I was making next to nothing and watched as inadequately cleaned properties became occupied by tenants . Not only did paying more than I was making weekly for less than quality service irritates me, but having families move into dirty properties irritated me more. So  one day I got the courage and I actually pitched myself as an independent cleaning company to the company I was working for and they loved the idea. I was told about the requirements needed as an actual cleaning company  sought and obtained all insurance and licenses required. My employment contract ceased roughly 6 months into the business relationship of Springs Complete Cleaning LLC and my then employer. Through all the ups and downs, this has been the absolute best decision I could have made for my family .

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We strive to maintain an image our children will be proud of any time someone mentions Springs Complete Cleaning and Junk Removal LLC. We never price gouge our clients, we are not the cheapest cleaning company, but we strive to be the best. We provide a flat-rate service, we don’t charge hourly, and we quote whole jobs regardless of the amount of time the cleaning takes. We only use top-of-the-line products to ensure our quality standards are met with every job. We stand behind our work with a Satisfaction Guarantee and FREE touch-up if any items are missed in the clean. We have exceptional customer service with timely responses and fast scheduling. Our communication methods stay up-to-date with communication venues, from phone calls to social media messages. Springs Complete Cleaning and Junk Removal LLC, is raising the standard of cleanliness for tenants, property managers, and property owners, one cleaning at a time!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Denver Biscuit, Helen Hunt, Rainbow Falls  Bishops Castle, Dutch Bros , Wade’s Cafe, Badass Coffee, Garden Of The Gods, SO MANY HIKING TRAILS  Fountain Creek, 3 Margaritas . Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?

I would like to start with my children who deserve special recognition; Leila, Isis, and Clare because of them, Springs Complete Cleaning  NOW, Springs Complete Cleaning And Junk Removal LL, was created in 2019. I want to say a huge THANK YOU to Karen Santee, she has been an invaluable person throughout this entire journey. My husband Robert has been by my side, helping me throughout every obstacle and celebrating every victory, which deserves the most appreciation. We have had our share of ups and downs throughout this journey while working with many other people and companies,even though everyone wasn’t specifically named, a special appreciation goes to each one of yall. THANK YOU! This has been an incredible journey and I am excited to see Springs Complete Cleaning And Junk Removals’ future.
