Meet Andrea Escobar Logreira | Somatic Trauma Informed Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Andrea Escobar Logreira and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Andrea, what do you want your legacy to be?
My legacy centers around destigmatizing the profound effects of trauma on the mind and body, illustrating how it can manifest as mental illness. Through sharing my personal story and offering resources and tips, I aspire to guide others in cultivating safety within their bodies. The goal is to shift reliance from the external world to meet the needs of our wounded inner child, enabling individuals to reconnect with internal safety and connection. Ultimately, I aim to empower others to embark on their own journey home to self.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I stand out as a somatic coach by integrating diverse tools such as internal family systems, astrology, and human design. My unique approach, coupled with my personal healing journey, enables me to guide women in cultivating safety within their bodies and finding a sense of home within themselves.
I for too long found myself looking to others to show me the way versus cultivating a relationship with myself so I could tap into my own inner wisdom.
That is my overall intention to support you in your journey of coming home yo yourself.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Embracing the present and the magic of spontaneous moments is a wonderful approach. A walk after grabbing coffee at Crema or Huckleberry Roasters on Tennyson adds a delightful touch to experiencing the day. Enjoy the journey and the unexpected opportunities it brings
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
It’s remarkable how the wisdom of surrounding oneself with positive influences becomes clearer with time.
My gratitude for the community I’ve had the immense pleasure of cultivating in Colorado is beyond words.
A special shoutout to Eleanor Cheetham, the owner of Fort Greene in Globeville, for creating a vortex of empowerment and support for artists and creatives. Such hearts contribute immensely to making the world a better place.
And shoutout to Fort Fam!
