We had the good fortune of connecting with Angela Lavikoff and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Angela, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
For me it’s very important to offer a great variety of pastries to my customers according to the season, every time that I have an event. Also using fresh products made with low sugar that are a little bit healthier for everyone.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My baking inspiration comes from things my mother taught me, travel experiences with with my beautiful family and my love for serving my community.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love the Broadmoor hotel it’s absolutely beautiful, I love seven falls, Garden of Gods, cheyenne mountain zoo, Denver aquarium, Manitou springs, and my list continues lol. There’s a a lot beautiful place in Colorado Springs for enjoyment with family and friends.


Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
God for blessing me with a talent I can use to serve my community. My mom who has been my inspiration and support in everything I do, and my husband who has been my right hand supporting me in my baking journey.
