We had the good fortune of connecting with Becka Payne and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Becka, what do you attribute your success to?
The most critical factor behind the success of our brand is a combination of factors, with a strong emphasis on fostering a sense of community and embracing an abundance mindset. I believe that success is not a zero-sum game and that there’s room for everyone to thrive. Having a team that shares this philosophy, valuing community over competition, has been pivotal. We work collaboratively, supporting one another and recognizing that our collective success elevates each individual. This approach fosters a positive, growth-oriented atmosphere that not only benefits us internally but also resonates with our clients and community. It’s about building relationships, creating a supportive network, and collectively contributing to the well-being of the families we serve.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets Sleeper Teachers apart is our unwavering commitment to holistic sleep solutions. We don’t just focus on sleep training; we prioritize understanding the unique dynamics of each family. What makes me most proud is our approach to sleep as an essential pillar of overall well-being. We go beyond just addressing immediate sleep concerns; we empower families to cultivate healthy sleep habits for a lifetime. The personalized touch, empathy, and ongoing support we provide are the cornerstones of our success. I’m excited about the positive impact we continue to make on families’ lives, fostering a culture where sleep is valued, understood, and achievable.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Fort Collins in one week: here’s the ultimate local experience! We’d kick off with pastries from Explorado Market, then wander Old Town Square for boutique finds. Lunch at The Mayor of Old Town is a must for the 100 beers on tap and a burger.

Then, paddleboarding at Horsetooth Reservoir. Dinner at The Welsh Rabbit Cheese Bistro for artisanal delights, and a visit to a local winery—maybe Ten Bears or Sweet Heart.

Midweek, it’s hiking Poudre River Canyon and a farm-to-table dinner at The Farmhouse at Jessup followed by Sunset Lounge at The Elizabeth Hotel for live music.

Brunch at Lucile’s Creole Cafe and exploring local art at The Fort Collins Museum of Art. We’d wrap it up with a nature walk at the Gardens on Spring Creek. That’s Fort Collins in a week—outdoors, local flavor, and good vibes!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
