We had the good fortune of connecting with Bee Myers and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bee, how does your business help the community?
At Be Free Healing Center, community is at the heart of everything we do. We’re not just a yoga studio—we’re a sanctuary for healing, growth, and connection. While many studios focus solely on the physical practice, we’re here to hold space for the deeper journey. Our mission is to bring the soul of yoga into everyday life—supporting each individual’s unique spiritual path with authenticity and care.

We’ve created an inclusive, welcoming environment where everyone feels seen, safe, and supported. Our sliding scale pricing ensures that healing and wellness are accessible to all, regardless of financial circumstance—because true healing should never come with barriers.

From dynamic yoga classes to holistic wellness practices, we’ve co-created a vibrant, inspired space where people come to transform, release, and rise. As our community members shine brighter, so too does the world around them. The ripple effect is real—and it starts here.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I wear a lot of hats—and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way! My journey began in art school, where I earned my BA in Graphic Design and met the love of my life. Since then, I’ve spent over two decades rooted in Northern Colorado, working as a graphic designer and marketing professional, juggling freelance projects and pouring my energy into our family business ventures.

The road to where I am today has been anything but linear—and that’s part of what makes it so meaningful. I’ll be the first to say I’m not the flashiest designer in the room. But what I am is someone who knows how to connect with people, draw out their vision, and bring their story to life in a way that feels real and resonant. That kind of connection? That’s the real art form.

Over the years, I’ve fine-tuned the art of listening—really listening—to my clients. I’ve learned how to ask the right questions, offer ideas gently but clearly, and most importantly, recognize when a collaboration just isn’t the right fit. Because in design (and in life), alignment matters.

These same principles guide my work as a wellness practitioner. Whether I’m holding space in a yoga class, guiding a healing session, or simply supporting someone on their path, it all starts with presence. When people feel safe, seen, and heard, that’s when the real transformation begins. And when something’s outside my scope, I trust in the wider healing community to step in—because collaboration, not competition, is how we truly serve.

At Be Free Healing Center, we’ve built something sacred. This isn’t just a studio—it’s a sanctuary for growth, magic, and deep transformation. Our flame icon symbolizes the inner fire within each of us—the powerful element of fire that burns away what no longer serves, clears the path, and makes way for something new to grow.

We invite everyone who walks through our doors to stay curious and trust the process. Because healing isn’t always linear, but it’s always worth it.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Oh, we’d be chasing the Rocky Mountain rhythms of nature in NoCo ! First, we’d follow the music of the wild to the iconic Mishawaka Amphitheater, nestled deep in the magic of Poudre Canyon. Live music under the stars, surrounded by towering cliffs and rushing water — it’s pure alchemy.

Then, it’s time to ground and connect with the land — hiking along the canyon trails, dipping our toes in the river, letting the water wash away anything we’re ready to release. A true gem not to be missed: the beautiful Buddhist temple at Drala Mountain Center in Red Feather Lakes. It’s a place where silence speaks and the mountains feel like old friends. Just being there opens the heart.

And of course, we nourish ourselves with intention — plant-based bliss at Tasty Harmony for our conscious eaters, and soul-soaked sunsets on the patio at The Rio, where every bite tastes like celebration.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Without a doubt — 100% my powerhouse business partner! Melanie Lighthouser isn’t just the co-founder of The Be Free Healing Center — she is the heartbeat of our community. Her radiant spirit has touched the lives of so many incredible souls, inspiring them to step boldly into their most authentic selves. Her magic is truly infectious, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t be on this beautiful path if it weren’t for her.

And a huge shout-out to my amazing husband and son — thank you for always cheering me on and supporting my ever-evolving journey of personal growth. I’m so grateful to walk this wild, wonderful life with you by my side.
