Hi Blythe, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind the success with Cut The Fat Podcast is the scientific research and applied science formulated into honest information as it pertains to hormonal health resulting in fat loss/weight loss.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Being rated one of the top weight loss podcasts in the world wasnt easy! The hardest part is coming up with content that is honest and researched to share with those stuck in the diet mentality. Dieting is NOT how we should approach weight loss. The formula for forever fat loss goes so much deeper than simply calories in and calories out. Dr Ray and I really try to get people questioning that approach and aim to get them to measure progress in other ways than just the scale.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
#1 would be the gym! Its important to get the body moving daily. #2 would be a hike! One of my favorite spots to hike is White Ranch Park, Golden. For a more intense hike, I LOVE The Royal Arch hike just outside of Denver in Boulder.
#3 is GOOD FOOD. I love some good healthy food out and Denver has so many choices! TruFood Kitchen may be one of my favorite go-to’s, otherwise… SUSHI!
