Meet Judy Sabah | Self Leadership / Master Certified Coach / Professional Speaker / Author

We had the good fortune of connecting with Judy Sabah, MCC and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Judy, what do you want people to remember about you?
To have people remember me for the kindness and love that I shared with them as we met either briefly or over a long period of time or anything in between.
I choose to have them remember that it didn’t make any difference if they were tall or short, black or white or any other color, rich or poor or anything in between, old or young or anything in between, strong or weak, etc., I loved them.
My vision as I celebrate the 64th Anniversary of my Sweet 16 Birthday on May 13 and reset my life, is to share my wisdom with the world!
If you’d like to have some of the wisdom that I’m sharing in the world, please reach out to Judy@Judy Sabah.com
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
1973. I was introduced to a man who would have a profound affect on my life. He was the first person i can remember who believed in me. I watched a film where he was speaking, called “The Red Suit Film”.. His name, Glenn W Turner. His words were, ” I believe in you more that you believe in you. You can do, be and have anything you want. ” That began my personal and professional journey. i moved on to a course, Adventures in Attitudes. That led me to a guy who would become my husband. A Professional Speaker, Joe Sabah. Together we co-founded the Colorado Chapter of the National Speakers Association. I also founded the Colorado Chapter of the International Coaching Federation.
I wasn’t always easy. I took the belief that Glenn W Turner poured into me. I love what I do. Not just when I’m on the platform or with a coaching client, but always. I am present, I ask questions, I listen and I care deeply about the person i am with, no matter who that is. I know that I attract the right people to me that want to move forward powerfully in their lives.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
My focus is on finding places that are inspiring. My friend took me to Glenwood Springs a few weeks ago. We went to the hot springs, found some wonderful unique chocolate candy, attended a garage sale, a fund raiser for the Literacy Foundation. I also love to take people to Mile Hi Church of Religious Science, Alameda and Garrison. I feel the spiritual part of us is so important to give attention to. It’s been crazy year, 2020, sometimes it’s difficult to find our center and stay grounded, in love rather than fear. I’ve been a member of Mile Hi since 1979, I love being there, beautiful music, an inspiring message and knowing the people there are also intending to move their lives forward powerfully.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I choose to dedicate this ShoutOut to the Colorado Chapter of NSA, co-founded in 1982 by Joe and Judy Sabah, MCC, celebrating 40 years 2022.
I also choose to dedicate this to the Colorado Chapter of the ICF, International Coaching Federation, founded in 1996 by Judy Sabah, MCC, celebrating 25 years 2021.
