We had the good fortune of connecting with Brianna Dance and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Brianna, what do you attribute your success to?
Satisfaction and feedback! I love to hear when someone finds/found value in the information I shared. For example, one of my connections told me they went to a city I recommended and visited to a few restaurants I recommended (hint: it was in the Southern US with delicious comfort food!)
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My first travel story begins in high school when I visited Washington, D.C., where my curiosity for variety, people, and new experiences began. After college graduation, I moved to Texas for 10 years where I started my career in health & benefits consulting. In a matter of a years, I traveled to Europe for the first time, went on my first solo trip, left the religion of my upbringing (Mormonism), moved multiple times. When life changed for all of us in 2020, I re-evaluated my life and career. I decided I would kick my curiosity into high-gear and hit the road. I met my goal of visiting all 50 states in January with my visit to Hawaii! I still have goals to visit all national parks (41/63), visit all 7 continents, and visit all 7 wonders of the world.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
RiNo is a must explore area with tons of my favorite shops and restaurants. Followed by a sunrise at Red Rocks and at trip to one of the many markets like Stanley Marketplace, Denver Milk Market, and many others. Breweries would be definitely be peppered in while exploring!
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Huge shout-out to a traveler like myself, Nomadic Matt (Kepnes). Plus, organizations like Rick Steves, Lonely Planet, and Travel& Leisure – these groups feed my hunger travel.
