We had the good fortune of connecting with Bruna Piaui Graf and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Bruna, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Working in a Brazilian Steak house back 2017, made me realize that everyone was in love with cheese bread once they tried . I could not find any at the grocery store . I thought to myself that this would be a great business to start. Having no money and experience I studied a lot . I doubted myself a lot but I am very stubborn and love challenge myself. I told myself to give a try because otherwise I would regret latter.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Brunas Cheese Bread is so proud to bring a taste of Brasil to Colorado . We started as a food truck and because of COVID we had to change our business model . Today we provide our customers with our most delicious Brazilian Cheese Bread , frozen ready to bake , ,handcrafted in small batches , naturally gluten free and made with a lot love . To get where I am today it was no easy , but I never gave up on my dreams.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
When my family or friends are visiting I like to take them to the mountains where I can show them the beautiful views of Colorado Mountains. I also love parks like Washington park where we can take nice walks or go for a bike ride around the lake .
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Since I did know from where to start I found Denver SBDC which it was a great help and resource .
