Meet Bryce Parietti | Director of Finance & Development Manager – Seibel Construction

We had the good fortune of connecting with Bryce Parietti and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Bryce, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The driver behind the success of our development team is our dedicated process and our ability to foster relationships. It’s important to have a blueprint for achieving goals, which is especially true in the development world with so many requirements, milestones, and metrics along the way. Step #1 is putting the correct process in place which comes from experience and thoughtful decision making. Step #2 is actually executing on that process – but more importantly consistently executing that process with each new project. We strongly believe that preplanning and extra time spent in the early stages of a project’s design leads to success down the line.
Of course, relationship building probably plays the largest role in our success. We would be nowhere without consistent effort and trust from all our team members and stakeholders along the way. The stages of development – acquisition, design, financing, and construction – require collaboration with multiple parties. It truly takes a village. It is only through trust and strong relationships that we are able to create a successful project, and we pride ourselves on our ability to collaborate with and deliver value to each stakeholder in that process.

What should our readers know about your business?
The Seibel family realized their dream of running their own business when they launched Seibel Construction as a full-service general contracting firm in 2016. I got to know the Seibel’s as early as 2018, where I banked them as clients during my time at First Western Trust in Denver. As the Seibel family expanded their development projects and capabilities over time, they determined that in order to effectively expand operations, it was important to bring on two dedicated resources to help manage the ever-growing finance and acquisition needs. As a former CRE lender, I had always been interested in the in’s and out’s of the development/construction world. So in early 2022, I decided to make the move over to Seibel and it has been a great fit. To help run the acquisitions side of our business, we brought on Bobby Rukavina, a former CRE broker in Denver and development manager for a Boston-based development company. Together, Bobby and I lead the day to day operations of our development arm, known as Seibel Development and Investments. We have a great working relationship and are incredibly excited about our future townhome and custom home projects – some of which will be delivering in 2024.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
There are so many awesome spots to check out in the Mile High City! If you are new in town looking to hit the scene, make sure you check out the Highlands, Tennyson, and Sloan’s Lake areas. Great energy around those areas and some amazing bar/restaurants. A personal favorite is a beer at Odell’s at Sloan’s Lake overlooking the water and mountains. On a clear day, the views are incredible. For those looking to escape the heart of the City, check out Cherry Creek and the Wash Park/Platt Park side-streets. Old South Pearl and Gaylord Streets are some of the cooler slightly under the radar spots in town. Great eats and more importantly some classic dive bars. And of course you can never go wrong with anywhere in Cherry Creek.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Definitely, there are many people that have helped guide our journey and my personal journey. The support of our friends & family has been instrumental to our professional success. We expanded the development arm of our business in early 2022 knowing that we had support from our close network of friends & family, whom without their support we would not have been able to grow into where we stand today. The construction arm of our business launched in 2016 and has primarily run on referrals since inception. Being a family-run construction and development company, strong relationships are at the core of our practice and why we operate.
Personally, I am thankful to have the full support of my wife and family in my professional career. That strong foundation guides me every day!
