We had the good fortune of connecting with Caroline Hull and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Caroline, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
It really came out of a desire to help people. I LOVE helping and supporting people. When I fell into the podcasting world, I had no idea that I would one day be helping business owners behind the scenes and that’s exactly what happened. I’ve always been an entrepreneur. From my early days as a ballet dancer and wanting to become a choreographer to designing greeting cards to my most recent venture as a baker. I love creating and sharing and seeing that impact. With podcasting, the work I do is so special because I’m literally helping people shape and share their message with the world,

On the personal side, having my own business has allowed me to homeschool my three kids and create a home life that is so special and unique. We love our days together and being able to blend all the things has been one of the hardest and most rewarding things I’ve ever done.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I have nearly a decade of experience in podcasting and a rich background as a ballet dancer, choreographer, grants writer, SEO copywriter, and stationery designer. I bring this unique blend of creativity, marketing expertise, and strategic thinking to podcasting. My approach emphasizes building strong relationships and nurturing connections, traits that have proven essential in helping business owners leverage their podcasts for tangible financial growth.

My journey into podcasting marked a turning point in my life, transforming me from someone who once doubted my voice to a confident podcaster and coach. I really try to infuse this empowering experience into my coaching, offering each client a warm, supportive environment akin to sharing a cup of coffee.

When I was injured as a dancer, I really thought my life was over and I dabbled in so many things before finding my love for podcasting and creating spaces for people to share what’s important to them through their work. I’ve definitely learned that we have to be willing to adapt to industry changes and not be afraid to stand up for what we think is right!

Podcasting has given me so much as a human and I try to share that through my work with others. I want them to feel the confidence and transformation that sharing one’s story authentically can have.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
As someone from the plains of Texas, living next to the mountains never loses it’s wonder. I LOVE taking people to Garden of the Gods and Old Colorado City for a drink and bite to eat. We have a hike we love to do in Woodland Park where you can hike right up to and climb the red rocks and that always is a fun way to experience outdoors here.

I love taking people up Pike’s Peak especially my non-mountain friends. The Florissant Fossil Beds are another favorite. My future-astronaut daughter loves going there at night for a sight of the milky way.

And then one of my favorite restaurants is in downtown call the Rabbit Hole. It’s such a cool spot under the city!

I think Colorado Springs is a lot more eclectic than people think so showing them the mountains and unique spaces really makes it an interesting visit.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
100% I need to shoutout my husband. He’s always believed in me and supported my goals, dreams and crazy business ideas. He really has given me the space to pursue my dreams in a way that is without expectation and pressure. He just supports me and when you are in the trenches of your business making hard decisions, it’s such an amazing thing to have.
