We had the good fortune of connecting with Cheryl Stelte and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Cheryl, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success is that I have developed the capacity to open up to allow the Universe/God to move through me in my own unique way. It’s not about me. It’s about how the Universe/God want to reach and help other people in specific ways. This approach or way of being is applied in all areas of what I do and in my business. When I do chakra readings, which I also teach, it’s the Universe/God providing the information the client wants through me. It is always an adventure and I am so grateful to be able to witness others at their deepest levels, seeing their greatest strengths as well as where and what their blocks are.
Both my books were written in this way. The bookwriting was a process in itself and the highlight for me was setting the time to write each chapter, sitting in meditation and trusting the Universe/God would flow through me and provide what is needed by others to read. There was one chapter in my first book where I became triggered and was in tears by the end of the chapter. Writing that chapter brought up a wound that was getting in the way of that flow. As hard as I tried, I couldn’t stay in that flow. I stopped and worked on healing that wound thoroughly and rewriting that chapter later was a great joy.
When I meet with clients on-line for their Azarias Energy Healing sessions, this same technique of opening up and allowing specific beings to work through me. I am the vessel for this work and must continue to stay in it for the client to get the profound results they get. I teach this method to others and it is so fulfilling to watch them gain the skills of healing and empowerment for others that is so transformative. These methods are also shared through my in-person, small group Breakthrough Retreats, which are 5 days of deep transformational work which help people breakthrough who they are not and breakthrough into who they truly are.
Lastly, this way of being open and in flow with the Universe/God is not just about what is expressed through me, but also that which I receive. When enough people ask me to do something specific, I do what is asked when I recognize it is the Universe/God moving through others to pull out of me that which is needed. This is what I exerienced every time before launching a new program – The Client Magnet book and program, Azarias Energy Healing Certification Program, Breakthrough Retreats, and now for the first time, the Higher State Throat Chakra program, an advanced level program only for graduates of the Shining Throat Chakra Program.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am so grateful for where by business is today and hope that I may continue to grow in service as needed. It has not been easy as I have gotten in my own way multiple times. Doing my spiritual work through my interior design business was fun and rewarding, but when I was continuously told by my teachers and others that I was a spiritual teacher, I just couldn’t accept it, let alone truly step into it. Accepting that I was a healer was much easier. I realized I needed to heal what was getting in the way and through that process, I realized that it can be one of the most difficult things – to step into our greatness, or start living our soul’s purpose. So ultimately, the work I do always leads to that. I have learned to heal my own early childhood traumas and do the same for my clients in rapid ways. There is no mindset work required. We simply do the work and you turn around and your different. My clients often come to me saying “you won’t believe what happened this last week”, with joy and exhileration. They go from needing healing and move into empowerment in a short period of time.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Eldorado Canyon is one of my favorite places. I love to meditate down by the river with the red rock jutting up into the air on either side of me. Atelier is my favorite restaurant to take friends to. Amazing french cuizine and a great atmosphere with outstanding service.
A concert at Rocks Amphitheater or a night at Nocturn for excellent food and jazz
Love the old architecture of downtown denver
Sitting on the patio overlooking the lake at Lakeside kitchen eating sweet potato fries, wings and fish tacos.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The late Claude Poncelet was my greatest teacher. He came from a place of humility and taught us to become our own teachers. I learned so much through Denise Linn and Kathy de Bucy. These women are not only deeply committed to their work, but provide what each student needs to the best of their ability and beyond. I learned much through the school IAM Heart.
