We had the good fortune of connecting with Courtney Green, JD, PsyD candidate and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Courtney, how does your business help the community?
Spark helps raise the consciousness of the community by teaching its leaders how to access flow state on demand and align with their true self, which is their higher intelligence and wisdom. When aligned, they are naturally in the flow state powerfully leading themselves and organizations into unprecedented expansion. Uplifting people and the planet through conscious alignment, these business leaders are game-changers redefining business success. 97% of the world’s leaders are primarily plugged into their primitive, egoic mind which is a limited resource. By using a limited resource, leaders get limited results for their organizations. Spark guides global leaders to go beyond these limitations. Everything is enhanced as if they are operating on a higher frequency, because they are. Expanded capabilities, clear communication, abundant resources, higher energy, deeper connections, more fulfillment, physically/mentally/
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Through 1:1 consulting, coaching, counseling business leaders; one day intensive workshop sessions with business teams, and outdoor immersive 5 day leader retreats; Spark addresses the upleveling of the whole person. Leaders needs to be tuned-in and balanced emotionally, physically, and mentally to operate optimally. This sets my business apart from others. Also, I facilitate the connection between innovative entrepreneurs and visionary seed-investors.
Experiencing the Spark process is enjoyable, not easy. It takes courage to release our resistance. Spark was started to help trailblazing business leaders shift their limited perception of who they are and what they can create … then enjoy the outcomes! Spark invites leaders and their teams into this fun, simple experience. They have fun playing the new game and achieve extraordinary results. These are the game-changers of our new world. Our evolutionary expansion as business leaders depends on having the courage to explore new frontiers of what is possible.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My sister, Lindsey Pew, is a trailblazing leader who is paving the way for women and men to realize their highest potential. She is poised and authentically aligned with her truth as she honorably uplifts others through her leadership as a Master Sergeant in the U.S. Army National Guard. Lindsey is also engaged in full-time military school, setting herself up to be the first woman in the State of Missouri to lead as the next Command Sergeant Major.
My friend, Stacey Angelow, is an enlightened entrepreneur exuding wisdom and love as she helps uplevel humanity. She works with socially conscious healers so that they stop playing small and stand powerfully in their truth enabling them to do the important work that they are here to do. Be on the look-out, this Master practitioner will be on the global circuit soon as she shows healers how to use their innate, latent gifts to heal themselves and the world.”
