Meet Cristina Schutz | Strategic Business Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Cristina Schutz and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Cristina, what’s the end goal, career-wise?
The end goal of my career is to leave a legacy of empowerment and inspiration for women entrepreneurs worldwide. By the end of my career, I envision having created a global network where women are supported not only through coaching but also through investments that help them start and scale their businesses. My ambition is to break generational barriers and foster a culture of success that can be passed down through generations. Additionally, I am deeply committed to giving back to the community, particularly by supporting youth programs that encourage entrepreneurship and teach young people the skills they need to succeed. Ultimately, I want my professional journey to be a beacon that lights the way for future women leaders, showing them that with the right support and resources, they can achieve anything they dream of.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business, Cristina Schutz Coaching, is rooted in empowering women entrepreneurs to not only envision grander possibilities but to actualize them through strategic, actionable steps. What distinguishes my coaching is its personalized nature, seamlessly integrating strategic business advice with profound personal growth, all aimed at delivering tangible results.
The entrepreneurial journey began after an extensive career in corporate operations and development, where I honed critical business management and leadership skills. This background paved the way for me to venture into various business arenas, including a real estate brokerage, a digital marketing firm, and a flower studio catering to elite events. Each venture brought its own set of challenges and learnings, deepening my understanding of different market dynamics and consumer needs. Starting each business from zero and quickly souring over 6-figures.
Transitioning to running my own businesses was fraught with hurdles—from doubting my entrepreneurial skills to navigating the complexities of establishing multiple businesses from scratch. Support from mentors and a relentless drive to make a meaningful impact were crucial in overcoming these obstacles.
I am particularly proud of how my coaching services extend beyond business mechanics to address the personal growth necessary for genuine, sustainable success with strategic bold action and accountability my clients see their wildest dreams become a reality.
The most important lessons from my journey include the value of resilience, the necessity of adaptability, and the power of community. Each setback has reinforced that flexibility and persistence are essential while building a supportive network has been pivotal for both my success and well-being.
Cristina Schutz Coaching is about more than business growth; it’s about fostering a life of fulfillment, breaking generational barriers, and empowering women to take control of their futures. My brand stands as a testament to the belief that with the right guidance and support, anyone can transform their entrepreneurial dreams into reality.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I absolutely love the diversity of experiences Denver offers. Whether it’s kicking off the day with a perfect iced coffee from Blue Sparrow or diving into a cozy, delicious brunch at Onefold, there’s always a great start to the day here. Denver’s food scene really stands out. Places like Sushi Den and Guard and Grace never disappoint, and for a casual vibe, Stanley Marketplace is my go-to for a little bit of everything.
I’m a huge Broncos fan, so fall Sundays are reserved for football, which is always a highlight of the season for me. For a bit of peace, Yoga on the Rocks is an incredible experience—there’s nothing like stretching out with the majestic backdrop of Red Rocks.
I also adore the local coffee shops and tea rooms, especially places like Frank & Roze and Babes Tea Room, where I can just sit, work a bit, or enjoy a good book in a lovely setting. The Highlands and RiNo are fantastic for a stroll too, full of vibrant street art and interesting galleries.
Denver is just this great mix of urban and natural beauty, sports fanaticism, and a thriving culinary scene. It’s a city where you can really feel the community vibe, whether you’re sipping tea, enjoying a game, or exploring art. It’s these aspects of Denver that make me excited to share this city with anyone who visits.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My journey has been profoundly shaped by a mosaic of influences—people, books, and organizations—that continue to inspire and drive me. Raised by a single mom, I learned early on the value of hard work and the determination to forge a path that no one in my family had ever taken. The entrepreneurial spark was missing in my early years, but it was ignited by my friend Emily during my corporate days, who believed in my dreams even when they were just whispers. From there, I broke through barrier after barrier, supported by my business partner Jeremy and a phenomenal group of women from my book club—who have become my cheerleaders, mastermind group, and grounding force. Each step of this journey has been uplifted by their belief in me and their invaluable support.
