We had the good fortune of connecting with Daniel Logan and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Daniel, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
As an art business owner, my thought process behind starting my own business was driven by a deep passion for art and a strong desire to create a platform that showcases and promotes artists and their work. I believe that art has the power to inspire, provoke thought, and bring beauty into our lives. I wanted to create a business that aligned with my values of supporting local artists, promoting sustainability through eco-friendly practices, and fostering a sense of community through art events and collaborations. In addition to these motivations, I also saw starting my own art business as a way to challenge myself, pursue my entrepreneurial spirit, and create something meaningful that adds value to people’s lives. I wanted to build a brand that stands for quality, creativity, and authenticity in the art world.
Overall, my thought process behind starting my own art business was guided by a passion for art, a desire to support artists, promote creativity, and build a business that reflects my values and vision for the art industry.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My art is a reflection of my journey, my emotions, and my unique perspective on the world. What sets me apart from others is my relentless dedication to improving my craft, my ability to adapt and evolve creatively, and the authenticity that shines through my work. I am most proud of how far I have come in a relatively short period of time. I attribute my success to hard work, consistency, and a deep passion for creating art that resonates with others. The path to where I am today was far from easy. I faced numerous challenges along the way, but I overcame them by staying persistent, resilient, and focused on my goals. One of the key lessons I have learned in my journey as an artist is the importance of asking questions. Whether it is seeking feedback, advice, or opportunities, I have discovered that there is immense value in reaching out and learning from others. I have also learned not to compare myself or my work to other artists. Each artist has a unique voice and vision, and it is crucial to stay true to my own creativity and expression. What I want the world to know about my brand and my story is that success is attainable through hard work, dedication, and belief in oneself. I want to inspire others to pursue their passion, overcome challenges, and realize their full potential. If I can achieve my dreams as an artist, so can anyone else who is willing to put in the effort and stay true to their artistic vision.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would love to give a huge shout out to Andrea MacDonald. Andrea has supported me since before she even truly knew who I was. I was so taken back by her generosity the first time that I met her, that I was sure it would have been short lived. To my surprise I gained a new forever friend, and I constantly seek to bless her as much as she consistently has been a blessing to me. I would also like to highlight Andrea’s vast contributions to help others in communities everywhere. Through non-profits and in ways I’m sure that even I’m not aware of. This woman is a saint. Truly, thank you Andrea for being you.
