Hi Dave, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Our team have been very successful in their careers and are focused on doing something that matters every day. The best way to do that was to form our own company where we help clients build stellar companies. Having our own company allows us to hav ethe healthy culture that we desire.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
We are a group of previous business owners that now serve as fractional executives in middle market companies. We have served over 100 companies, possess more than 250 years of combined experience and created companies that were sold for a total over $500,000,000, We continue to help our clients grow and create jobs. Growing companies is never easy, but our successes enable us to simplify the process.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take them to the Rocky Mountains and show them some of the great scenery. There are many small restaurants with great food, local brews and fun people to meet. A few hikes in the mountains around Vail would allow them to see why so many people are attracted to the Rockies. We would also tour a few museums to understand the history of the mountains and how the territory once being oart of Mexico affects the state culture.
