We had the good fortune of connecting with Dr. Saam Zarrabi, DDS and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dr. Saam, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Behind the success of any great brand is first and foremost, the team. Our people are truly outstanding members of their respective communities and dedicated employees to our practice. Additionally, we’ve all collectively created an incredibly impactful culture, which is directed by our core values, mission, and commitment to giving back. When these are synchronistic, combined with an outstanding service or product, success is imminent.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I never wanted to open a traditional dental office; I wanted to create a place that people looked forward to visiting and kids could be excited about going to. We offer a very unique experience at each of our 33 offices across Texas and Colorado which includes movie theaters, arcades, and an interactive lobby that regularly changes themes. We also offer all specialties under one roof – from general and pediatric dentistry to endodontics and oral surgery.

Our doctors and team members have collectively won numerous awards including Best Place to Work in Fort Worth for two years in a row and we’ve also been named Top Dentist by Fort Worth Magazine for six consecutive years. In February of this year, we became the first in the DSO industry to hold a certified B Corporation status, and additionally, we were named a 2021 “Best for the World” B Corp in Governance – a recognition given to only the top 5% of B Corps across the globe. In addition to these accomplishments, we’ve also earned over 50,000 5-star Google and Facebook reviews by our patients.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
For incredible views: the Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park, and Garden of the Gods are top contenders.

For good eats: Nonnas Italian Bistro, The Stanley Hotel, Ocean Prime, and Elway’s Steak House.

The Denver Broncos Stadium and Union Station are always a must!
