Meet Elaijah Williams | Owner of Brave’s Berries Elderberry Syrup

We had the good fortune of connecting with Elaijah Williams and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Elaijah, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I wanted to create a legacy for my daughter, something she could be proud of and potentially take over one day. I was tired of the corporate grind and wanted more control over my own destiny. Starting my own business allowed me to pursue my passion for health and wellness, while also helping others along the way. I hoped to inspire others to prioritize their health and well-being, showing them that it is possible to live a fulfilling and healthy life outside of the traditional 9-5 job. My ultimate goal was to make a difference in people’s lives and leave a positive impact on the world.

What should our readers know about your business?
What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story:

Despite the overwhelming grief and heartache of losing her father four days before she was born, I knew that Zara Brave would be a constant reminder of his strength and courage. As I held her in my arms for the first time, I felt a sense of peace wash over me, knowing that she would carry on his legacy of bravery. She was truly a beacon of hope in the midst of darkness, a shining light that would guide me through my toughest times.

The logo represents the bond between me and my daughter. What started as a simple homemade remedy for her immune system quickly turned into a business opportunity as more and more people began asking fo my elderberry syrup. I realized that I had something special to offer the world, and decided to turn my passion into a thriving business. I am proud to share my products with others and help them improve their health and well-being. It all started with a simple idea and a lot of love and now, it has grown into something truly amazing.

Brave’s Berries Elderberry Syrup is made with filtered water and 100% all natural ingredients such as: Black Elderberries, Organic lemon juice, Cloves , Ginger, Cinnamon sticks, and Local Clover Blossom Honey ( Fresh from a wide – open clover field). We are dedicated to promoting a holistic approach to well-being and believe that nature has provided us with the tools to nourish and heal our bodies. We aim to create the most potent and effective elderberry syrup that supports the immune system, prevents illness and enhances overall vitality. We strive in making a positive impact on people’s lives and inspiring them to prioritize their health.

One of the challenges I face is securing additional capital. Finding the right investors who align with my values and vision for the company is crucial. I am constantly networking and pitching my business to potential angel investors in the hopes of finding the right fit. In the meantime, I will continue to be strategic with my finances and focus on growing my business organically.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
During the spring and summer months, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is a must- visit destination with its stunning mountain views and wide variety of animals to see. The Denver Botanical Gardens is also a beautiful spot to explore during these seasons with its vibrant flowers and peaceful atmosphere. During the winter, these places transform into magical wonderlands with holiday lights and festive decorations.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to dedicate this shoutout to my daughter Zara Brave. You are truly my inspiration and the driving force behind Brave’s Berries. To my friends and family, I could not have done this without your love, guidance, and assistance along the way. I am grateful for the unwavering support and encouragement from each and every one of you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being a part of this incredible journey.
