We had the good fortune of connecting with Emyrald Sinclaire and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Emyrald, do you disagree with some advice that is more or less universally accepted?
“The harder you work, the more money you make.”

I have easily disproven this in my business. I used to work 80 hours a week when I owned a cafe and was barely getting by, drowning in debt.

And when I started my coaching business, I stepped in with the same pattern and energy. Working way too many hours for not enough pay.

But everything really started to shift when I started to embody a different energy. The clients and cash showed up! I now understand that it’s not so much about WHAT you do but the ENERGY you are in when you do it.

I always tell my clients, you don’t get what you want, you get WHO you are.

And when I applied the principles of energetic alignment to my business (versus the old paradigm of work, work work), I can tell you that business has become fun!

I work less than ever before (around 20 hours a week), making more than I ever have before (anywhere between $10k and $25k a month depending what programs I have launching at the time.)

And so for me, energy trumps strategy every single time.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m not going to lie, I’m thrilled that I found my calling, my passion, my purpose so early in life. Which isn’t to say that it was an easy path to get here. It took the ‘failure’ of one business and $40k on credit cards to get to where I am today. But I’m so proud of where I am and would not trade any ‘failure’ or lesson for it because it was all necessary for me to arrive at my current destination: empowering women around the world to believe in themselves, believe in the universe, and ultimately manifest the love of their lives and the life of their dreams!

I teach conscious creation. Or in another word: manifestation. Sure, it’s a buzz word. But it’s a buzz word for a reason: people are waking up to their God-given power and I’m excited to be on the mission to share my message with more humans around the world:

You ARE a conscious creator. You are MEANT to manifest the desires in your heart. In fact, they were placed there for a reason; they are a compass guiding you towards a life that lights you up!

And so my mission is to teach you the tools that help you to get in alignment with your true power so that you can move way beyond any limitations that have been placed on you by your family, by your culture, by society or by the media.

You CAN have whatever you desire, the challenge is that many give up way too soon. And it was HARD building this business from the ground up after the ‘failure’ of the last one PLUS all the debt that I accumulated.

But I believed in myself and that is the single most important component of my success. But beyond that, I truly dug in my heels and dedicated myself to doing the necessary mindset work. Because whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right.

And so, if YOU want to manifest something you’ve never had before, it involves 3 key components:

1. Belief in Self aka Self Love
2. Belief in the Universe aka Faith
3. Inspired Action aka Listening to Your Intuition or Higher Self

These three components I have worked on over the years in order to create a business that provides me the freedom to travel around the world, work the hours I desire, and attract in my dream clients!

And now those components are what I teach my clients as well so that they can live a life on purpose manifesting the dreams of their heart!
