We had the good fortune of connecting with Gabriela Campa and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Gabriela, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I believe the most important factor behind a success is to put everything in God’s hands as He the one who always takes us to the right path.

To Him all the credit!

Also, understand that my passion and love for what I do is reflected in the quality of service I provide to my clients.

My main goal is to have that first side connection with the pups. Once I earn that trust is when I communicate to them that the fun of my visit is about to start!

Then, it follows to a quick walk to my beautiful Van which has been designed perfectly for them. No doubt is where they feel comfortable but above all secured. Nothing but a great time is what they experience every time.

I believe dogs smile because I am so Blessed to see it every day multiple times.

I truly love what I do… it’s definitely priceless to look forward to the next business day!

I never felt this before., Well, not until I decided to make out of my business my carrer.

The last but not the least: the consistency and quality of my service is what make Paws up & Groom stand up – reason why I always get to come back to groom my furry friends. The majority of my customers is from day one. I try to accommodate all our clients, that is what we do always! All pups are so important and special to me reason why I work long hours and Holidays if we need to without forgetting the details and quality during my service.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I own a mobile dog grooming salon called Paws Up & Groom. As a mobile dog salon I provide a service right outside your house, my van has all the equipment necessary to give the best service my customers ever had.
Everything started with a dream then with an idea then with a lot of effort. It never was easy but when you have your goals set up the discipline comes and takes over the difficulties.
The lessons I’ve learned along the way if that when you want something you’ll have to work hard and get rid of things that don’t make you move forward.
I’m here to change the dog grooming experience into a relaxing, exciting and convenient for my customers (dogs)

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’ll take my friend to eat Mexican food at Los Dos Potrillos ( best green chili ever) Go for some work out at red rocks and also enjoy the view.
I love movies so I’d take my friend to the movies, we’d also go to garden of the gods, Vail, Aspen and Kingston to snowboard.
That would be a great and week together

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’m so blessed and thankful for all the support I’ve always had from my business partner “My Husband”

My husband understood from day one the passion I had for the pups. He encouraged me to get educated on this topic. Education was first on the equation to open Paws Up & Groom. Why education? Because we all might love dogs but grooming a dog doesn’t only happen because we love dogs it happens because we know what we do which makes us different from others, I got educated to do what I do.

My hubby supports me always. He makes sure my van is always cleaned and he is also the one in charge of the maintenance of my van.

Someone has to ensure that my mobile dog grooming salon runs perfectly to not miss any of my appointments. Being always on time to my clients is my priority.
