Hi Hamlet, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
The idea of getting into logistics came to me in a rather unexpected but profound moment. I was sitting in a room, looking around, and it struck me that everything I could see—from the bricks in the walls to the simple pencil on the table—had been transported by a truck at some point in its journey. This realization sparked a deep interest in the logistics industry. It made me appreciate the vital role that trucking plays in our economy and daily lives. From that moment, I was inspired to create a business that could contribute to this essential industry. I wanted to build a company that not only facilitated the movement of goods but also embraced innovation and sustainability, driving the logistics industry forward.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
At HGH LOGISTIC, our mission is to redefine the standards of the logistics industry through innovation, reliability, and a commitment to sustainability. What sets us apart from others is our dedication to leveraging the latest technology to enhance efficiency and reduce our environmental impact. From our fleet of brand new trucks and future electric trucks to our state-of-the-art tracking systems, we strive to be at the forefront of the industry’s evolution.

One of the aspects I am most proud of is our strong team and the collaborative spirit that drives our success. Seeing our vision come to life through the hard work and dedication of our team members is incredibly rewarding. I am also excited about the future of logistics and the role we can play in shaping it.

Getting to where we are today professionally has been a journey filled with both triumphs and challenges. It wasn’t always easy. We faced numerous obstacles, from market fluctuations to logistical hurdles. However, each challenge was an opportunity to learn and grow. We overcame these challenges through resilience, innovation, and a relentless commitment to our goals.

One of the key lessons I’ve learned along the way is the importance of adaptability. The logistics industry is constantly evolving, and being able to pivot and adjust our strategies has been crucial to our success. Another vital lesson is the power of collaboration—building strong relationships with partners, clients, and team members has been foundational.

I want the world to know that HGH LOGISTIC is more than just a logistics company. We are a family-driven business with a passion for innovation and a commitment to making a positive impact on the industry and the environment. Our story is one of determination, collaboration, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. We are excited about the future and look forward to continuing our journey with the support of our amazing team and partners.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was visiting the area and I wanted to show them the best time ever, I’d start off with a perfect cup of coffee, as my daily routine begins with a hot latte from NOVO Coffee Shop in Highlands, Denver. In my opinion, it’s the best coffee you can find in Colorado.

For brunch, we’d head to Hungry Goat in Morrison, Colorado. After enjoying a delicious meal, we’d take a tour of the nearby Red Rocks Amphitheater, which is not only a stunning natural wonder but also a legendary music venue.

For dinner, I’d take my guests to my favorite sushi spot, UCHI in Denver, where the culinary experience is exceptional. To top it off with dessert, we’d head to D Bar for some sweet treats that never disappoint.

In the evening, for drinks, we’d visit 54thirty Rooftop in Denver. It’s a great place to enjoy some cocktails while taking in the breathtaking views of the city.

To really impress my guests, I’d take them to the Flagstaff House Restaurant in Boulder. The combination of exquisite food and stunning views from the mountains makes it a truly memorable dining experience.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My first shoutout goes to my incredible team and family members. HGH stands for Hamlet, Grigori, and Hovhannes—myself, my brother, and my father. We are the core backbone of the business, and without our strong collaboration, none of this would have been possible.

A special shoutout goes to my wife, Tatevik Hovsepyan, who has been by my side, supporting my wild ideas from day one. Her unwavering support has been invaluable.

I would like to extend a heartfelt recognition to my godfather, Zaven DerHagopian, and his family—Zareh, Joan, and their children. During my formative high school years in Maine, their profound influence significantly shaped my personal development. Through their example, I experienced firsthand the transformative power of community engagement and learned invaluable lessons about giving back. Their unwavering support and mentorship have left an indelible mark on my life, instilling in me a deep sense of purpose and commitment to making a positive impact. I am forever grateful for their guidance and the enduring values they imparted.
