We had the good fortune of connecting with Hannah Snider and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
We are a group practice that provides a safe, authentic, and brave space to work through therapeutic goals and life’s challenges to better improve your mental health. We are client centered and want to work with you on these goals in a nonjudgmental and supportive way. We are most excited about our growth and being able to provide many services to our clients and community. We shifted from private practice to group practice in early 2023 in order to serve more of our community in a variety of different ways. It has been a great challenge going from a solo practice to a practice supporting four clinicians and myself. We have been learning a lot of lessons along the way and have learned that you are who supports you. Without support we can’t focus on our clients and the care we provide which is our number one priority. Therefore we have created many partnerships with other professionals, such as our accounting firm Aqtoro, our marketing team over at Chisme, our financial advisor Brynna Wilson at Citrine and Gold, and even an amazing floral artist, Jessica at Pickletown Flower Company for our art display in our office. We want the world to know that when you see a clinician or work with Lola & Me Therapy, you are signing up for support, safety, and someone who will challenge your mental health with you. We are authentic and truly care about our clients while supporting our clinicians.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Colorado is beautiful, so we would suggest getting outside and going for a hike or float in the mountains. If its winter, definitely hit the slopes or go for a winter hike! Denver is also a great food and art city, so check out a first Friday on Santa Fe or Meo Wolf while trying a bunch of restaurants.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would love to dedicate my shoutout too a few people. Firstly, my company wouldn’t be anything without our fearless leader Ms. Lola. She is our golden retriever who serves everyone endlessly and brings happiness to our entire office every day. She is a source of smiles, love, and strength. We love you Lola! Secondly, during our growth our new clinicians who have signed on to support our mission and expansion are phenomenal. We are so excited to have each and every one of you and are so thankful! Thirdly, I come from a family of entrepreneurs, from my grandfather, to my parents and now my siblings, who have provided me with guidance and support throughout this journey. Finally, my partner in life and husband Jake. He supports my business daily and I am forever appreciative.
