Meet Heather Baker

We had the good fortune of connecting with Heather Baker and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Heather, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
If there’s one thing I hold closest to my heart — in life, in this journey, and especially in building my brand — it’s kindness.
Not the performative kind. Not the kind that shows up only when it’s easy. But the quiet, unwavering kind. The kind that chooses compassion even in chaos. The kind that shows up for others even when no one’s watching. The kind that believes in people before they believe in themselves.
I have a fierce belief that kindness can build communities, change narratives, and empower women not just to look beautiful, but to feel seen, heard, and held.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
What sets me apart is that my brand was born not just from a love of beauty, but from a journey through pain, healing, and purpose. Before anything else, I was an artist — I found my passion in makeup years ago, using brushes and color not just to enhance faces, but to help women see themselves again.
Working in the beauty industry taught me so much — not just about products, but about people. I saw firsthand how powerful it is when a woman feels seen and confident. That’s what lit the spark in me. But it was going through my own trauma and losses that turned that spark into something much deeper.
Starting my own cosmetic line was terrifying. I didn’t have investors or a massive platform. I had a dream, my faith, and a fire to build something real. It’s not just about makeup — it’s about giving women tools to feel powerful in their own skin, to take up space, and to be unapologetically themselves.
Professionally, it’s been anything but easy. There were times I wanted to quit. Times I felt like I had lost more than I gained. But in those moments, I leaned into my “why.” I reminded myself that beauty is only the surface — the real transformation happens beneath it.
I’m most proud of how far I’ve come not just in business, but in becoming the woman I used to pray to be — strong, grounded, and rooted in kindness. My makeup career gave me the foundation. My trauma gave me the depth. And the women who believed in me gave me the courage to keep going.
If there’s one thing I want the world to know about me and my brand, it’s this: We are so much more than beauty. We’re about healing, empowerment, and showing up with heart. Every product, every event, every post — it all comes from a place of love and lived experience.
This is my purpose. This is legacy work. And we’re just getting started.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend came to visit, I’d give them the perfect mix of adventure, beauty, and connection — the kind of week that fills your heart.
We’d start with brunch, shopping and visiting my studio in Downtown Littleton, then head into Denver and tour the city. I for sure would make a stop to the Brown Palace for high tea and then hit the spa at the Four Seasons.
To really show the beauty and diversity of Coloraod we would escape to Grand Lake for a peaceful nature day — hiking, lakeside coffee, and quiet moments that ground you.
There’d be hikes at Red Rocks, lunch at local spots in Downtown Litttleton, and cozy dinners with wine at Postino or Carboy Winery
It wouldn’t just be sightseeing — it would be soul-filling. Beautiful views, honest talks, and a reminder of what matters most. That’s what this place means to me.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
A huge shoutout and thank you to those who believed in me even when I didn’t believe in myself!
To my husband — your quiet strength, your constant belief in me, and the way you hold space for my wildest dreams… I see it all, and I’ll never stop being grateful.
To my kids — you are my why. Every time I wanted to quit, I thought of you. I wanted you to see your mother choosing courage over comfort, purpose over fear, and chasing her dreams. I hope one day you’ll understand how much of this I built with you in my heart.
To my trauma — you nearly took me out. But instead, you became my teacher. You stripped me bare, but you also revealed a strength I never knew I had and helped me put some amazing things into motion to help others. You forced me to rebuild — softer, wiser, and stronger than ever.
And to the women who believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself — you know who you are. You loved me loud, reminded me who I was, and lent me your light when mine flickered. Thank you for reminding me that I didn’t have to do this alone.
