Meet Heather Taylor: Commercial Real Estate Services – Client Focused

We had the good fortune of connecting with Heather Taylor and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Heather, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
IMPACT Commercial Real Estate was created to make an impact on businesses and the community through creative, thoughtful and dynamic real estate services. Our success comes from helping other businesses be successful. Our goal is to take businesses to the next level through a purchase, sale, lease, or development of commercial real estate. We take the time to learn and understand each client’s needs. IMPACT works with clients to make each challenge and opportunity beneficially impactful.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?

I am the Founder and Principal of Impact Commercial Real Estate. Born and raised in Colorado, I began my commercial real estate career in early 2009. Prior to starting Impact, I was a partner at a local commercial real estate firm. I have in depth experience in all property types including Industrial, Office, Retail, Multi-Family, Land and Investment. I find passion in helping my clients and making a positive impact on businesses and the community through commercial real estate. I love seeing someone’s dreams and/or business thrive. I also have strong resources and knowledge about financing options for clients. In this fast-paced real estate market, advice and information regarding financing can get the deal done quicker. I believe that attention to detail and support throughout the deal is essential for successful transactions from property selection to deal completion. Prior to my real estate career, I received her master’s degree from Purdue University and had a very successful career in sales. I have always been in career fields dominated by men. I love the challenge and the opportunity to grow from each experience and deal.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Colorado is so amazing that it is hard to pick just a few places to visit. Some of my favorites are the Denver Zoo, Deer Creek Canyon hiking trails, the Incline in Manitou Springs, and a large dinner at Hacienda Colorado. The fall in Colorado is the best in my opinion. The colors are vibrant, and the temperature is perfect for many outdoor activities.  

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to shoutout to everyone at Impact Commercial Real Estate, Natalie, Bart, Anthony, Sarah, Michele, Taylor and others. I love working each day because I get to grow and learn from these amazing individuals. It seems that each deal is a new adventure and without this amazing team then I don’t think any deal would get done. We encourage and support one another. Together we can make the impact and help many customers/clients.
