We had the good fortune of connecting with Humberto Torres and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Humberto, what principle do you value most?
The most important value for me is honesty. Honesty is something that was instilled in my since I as a kid and is a pillar of my person and my character. I strongly believe that this one of the traits that helped me get to where I am now.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I have a construction company that focuses in the innovation of designs in a home. Of which we do by remodeling either residential or commercial properties. One of the things that excites me the most is the process of the before and after of our work. I believe that I got here because of the passion that have towards doing my job well. It was not easy, I know that I{ve gotten here through hard work and diligence. I’ve learned that you never stop growing, learning as long as you’re willing to accept more responsibilites. I want the world that I’m 100% commited to my job and I take responsiblity for making sure the client is 100% satisifed.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Honestly the best place for me is in my living room with a cup of coffee. I enjoy a good conversation and time to myself.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I have alot of people to give thanks to. I wouldn’t be able to pick out one individual. All I know is that the people that are around me now are the people that im grateful too. Everyone from my family, to my former boss, my current workers, my pervious workers, clients etc. I’m grateful that I’ve learned something along every step of the way.
