We had the good fortune of connecting with Jaqueline Marquez and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jaqueline, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
One, if not the most important, factor behind my brands success is its purpose and intention. My business is a service that I provide for others; however, I want my customers to gain a personal experience when booking my services. What I do is more so for them than for myself. A phrase that I often use is “I love, love” because I really do. With my business I am able to help spread love. Every single one of my arrangements is made with love and gifted with love by someone special to the recipient.
What should our readers know about your business?
I am a really big believer in energy transfer so with my business I think it has always been very important for me to do things from the heart. I think it’s very easy for a lot of people to start a business with the intention of maybe better finances or just an extra form of income, and I’m not saying that there’s anything wrong with that, but with Arrangedbyjackie I’ve always had this intention of being able to spread love with my arrangements and I love being able to do that. Whenever somebody orders from me and tells me oh it’s for my mom, or it’s for my girlfriend, or it’s for my friend, it’s for their birthday, for their anniversary, etc. I always remember that when I’m making their arrangement and I always think about how special these occasions are.
I am a firm believer that my business has gotten to where it is now because of the intention that I have behind every single arrangement and I feel like that helps me perform better and if you are performing better in your craft then that makes your business be better.
I can’t necessarily think of something that is easy because it really can get very challenging. One thing that really helped me overcome my challenges was getting organized with myself and getting organized with my schedule because once you’re following a schedule that works for you then things kind of do get easier.
I feel like I’ve learned a lot of lessons but one lesson in particular is taking a risk, because sometimes that risk will end up bringing you a lot of success. The most important thing that I want others to know about my brand is that they will always receive 1000% of effort when I am making their special arrangements.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I think the best thing that Colorado has is it’s amazing views and I think as seasons change there’s so much to do and so much to show people that are visiting. I absolutely love the Rocky Mountains so that’s definitely a must. I’m very much a homebody but I also really love nature and being outdoors so some places I would not miss would be Grand Lake, Estes Park, and Garden of the Gods. To finish off the night you can never go wrong with Downtown Denver.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
All my customers and honestly anyone who supports my work even if it’s just by social media support. My arrangements are very near and dear to my heart, and I really put 1000% effort into each one so having happy customers and positive feedback is always so worth the hours of work. I will always thank my customers for trusting me with their special occasions.
