We had the good fortune of connecting with Jeremy Denny and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jeremy, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I have really dedicated myself to health and sustainability, specifically in the culinary world. Try to make the largest impact possible lead me to coffee, 2nd most consumed food item on the planet and the majority of it is not sustainable and not healthy. So we spend lots of time researching and educating. As far as the coffee roasting company goes, we are a Florida based grass roots coffee roasting company. We pride ourselves in roasting amazing, high-end green bean coffee. Started in Tampa in 2016 with the focus of education and health & wellness. We are constantly improving our products, refining our ingredients, and creating new sustainable practices. Supporting the community is our first priority and spreading the love of coffee is close second.

Our services include fresh roasted single origin coffee, healthy coffee blends, education, catering, wholesale, white labeling, and much more.

We only offer premium specialty grade, high elevation, single origin coffee. Our farms practice sustainable coffee growing. Using such methods as shade grown, bird-friendly, fair-trade, family operated and regenerative cultivation techniques. Each origin is very unique and limited in quantity. We are very proud to put our craft to work to create the best possible roasting profile for these amazing coffees from around the world.

What should our readers know about your business?
Currently coffee is my specialty, but also anything health involved is what most would probably say. Our branding for Beast Master Coffee is “Health is wealth & coffee helps”. Dietary habits, nutrition, discipline, functional fitness, physical activity, breath work, sleep, emotional and mental wellness. I real geek out on this stuff, can’t learn enough about it and love putting it in to practice.

What sets me apart? Maybe discipline, but I really have a desire to understand things as much as I can.

For example, I see a coffee bag on a table, I start to think; “What material is that bag, what features does it have, is it a sticker, decal or printed, continue to analysis all the text on the bag and research the company and its history. Followed by researched the packaging companies. Finally get to the contents, the coffee. I want o know the farm, the weather, elevation, history of the location, let alone the roast profile and everything else. I do this for most things in my life, I go deep, some may say it is excessive.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
So this is a good question for me, I am considered the food “snob” and local culinary guide in the greater Tampa area. Honestly the scene here has grown so much that we have so many amazing options. Really depends on what style and environment you are looking for in the moment and I will point you in the right direction. A specific place for every situation, know what I mean. need dinning advice, hit me up.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
This question is very easy for me, simply put I have the best support group around. My friends, family and business partners are just the best. They not only support my business which allows me to grow but also have my back in endless amount of endeavors I try to explore. My vibe attracts my tribe and without them I would be no where.
