“Your thoughts and feelings don’t represent your reality.”

When unsettling feelings or thoughts of fear surface about my goals or success in my career or even on a personal level, I remind myself that they are just feelings or thoughts. They are not true then I focus on positive affirmations to remind myself that if I put in the work and the time that God will provide.

What should our readers know about your business?
I am originally from Upstate New York, and moved to Colorado almost 6 years ago with her daughter Brianne. I have a Master’s Degree in Reading Literacy from the State University of New York at New Paltz. I was an educator for over 18 years primarily in Adult Education and Elementary Education. This past May, I hung up my teaching hat for a Real Estate Career. I took the plunge and was extremely nervous, but since July, I have had 7 closings and sold just over 3 million in real estate. I am proud of my accomplishments thus far and look forward to what 2022 will bring.

When I have challenges, I strongly rely on my real estate family and friends. My brokerage, The Cutting Edge,Realtors, are extremely supportive, has great training, available to help 24/7, focuses on positivity, believes in abundance, and celebrating successes.

My success comes from my determination to succeed, passion for helping people, responsiveness, hard work, negotiating on the behalf of my clients, excellent interpersonal and communication skills for maintaining a strong rapport with clients and providing personal connections to enhance the buying and/or selling experience.

I want my brand to reflect: Making your dreams of homeownership a reality, through honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity. I ensure personalized service for a stress free buying or selling experience.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Colorado has so much to offer. Buena Vista is one of my favorite places to visit. For a day trip, it is beautiful and has a few local places to eat. However to give the full Colorado experience, we would visit Denver, Garden of the Gods, Rafting the Arkansas River, Sand Dunes, Hike the mountains, Four Corners, gamble in Cripple Creek, explore the beauty of Breckenridge, a hot springs, and the Paint Mines. I love to support small business so we would eat at family owned eateries along the way.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My biggest cheerleaders are my dad and my daughter. I am extremely grateful for their love and support. My teenage daughter, Brianne, is one of my biggest promoters. She tells everyone and anyone she comes in contact with about my real estate business, and has successfully brought me a few clients.
