We had the good fortune of connecting with Jodi Green and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jodi, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
One of the most impactful habits that helped me succeed is consistency. Whether it was learning new skills, meeting deadlines, or maintaining strong communication, showing up every day with focus and intent made a huge difference. I also developed the habit of setting clear, achievable goals—both short-term and long-term—which gave me direction and motivation. Another key habit has been staying curious and open to feedback. This helped me grow faster, adapt to new challenges, and continuously improve my work. Finally, time management and prioritization have been essential; knowing how to focus on what truly matters has helped me stay productive and avoid burnout.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My business is rooted in purpose, passion, and a deep desire to serve others in a meaningful way. What sets us apart is the personal connection we build with our clients—we’re not just offering a product or service; we’re creating an experience, one that’s intentional, uplifting, and impactful. I’m most proud of how far we’ve come, especially knowing that it wasn’t an easy journey.

There were plenty of challenges—uncertainty, self-doubt, financial strain—but I leaned into my faith, my family, and a mindset of growth. I stayed consistent, kept learning, and trusted that the work I was doing mattered. Books like The Miracle Morning helped shift my daily habits, while my kids and my mom kept me grounded and motivated. Every obstacle taught me something—whether it was the value of patience, the importance of boundaries, or the power of resilience.

What I want the world to know is that this business isn’t just about me —it’s a reflection of my journey, my values, and the people who’ve supported me along the way. It’s proof that with faith, discipline, and heart, you really can build something beautiful from the ground up. My story is still unfolding, but I’m proud of every step—and excited for what’s ahead.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Big shoutout to my three amazing kids—you are my biggest motivation and the reason I keep pushing forward every single day. To my mom, thank you for your unwavering support, love, and the strength you’ve modeled for me throughout my life. My faith in God has been my anchor through every high and low, reminding me that I’m never walking this journey alone. And I can’t forget The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod—that book truly shifted my mindset and helped me build the kind of daily habits that changed everything. Grateful beyond words.
