Meet Kate Pendry | Psychic Medium, Energy Architect & Soul Mentor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Kate Pendry and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Kate, how does your business help the community?
My work recognizes that feeling disconnected is a natural part of the human experience, and my business supports people and communities by helping them rebuild a sense of connection and belonging. On both a local and global level, I focus on bringing people together and bridging the gaps between loss and love, hope and opportunity, restoring the continuity of love and support that can feel distant during times of change, grief, or new beginnings.
By helping people reconnect with hope, joy, encouragement, and healing, my work strengthens the energetic network that links us all and deepens connection within oneself. It also helps individuals feel included rather than isolated, building steady, positive momentum that supports overall health and well-being.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
At the heart of everything I offer is the intention to help people operate from an elevated, connected state of awareness. This way of being becomes the foundation for how we relate personally and professionally, replacing stress and reaction with presence, clarity, and choice. Through my ability to perceive and work with energy, I provide healing, insight, and practical ways for individuals to work with their own light, while also addressing the profound impact stress and layered beliefs have on the body and nervous system.
Whether through mediumship, energy healing, mentoring, or workshops, all of my work serves the same purpose: helping people untangle limiting patterns, trust their intuition, and move through life with greater alignment and confidence. The true impact of my work is the experience people leave with, feeling grounded, supported, and connected, because that experience becomes a lasting anchor permanently.
My ability to perceive energy allows me to offer healing, insight, and practical ways for individuals to work with their own light. Through psychic awareness and mediumship, I access information beyond the visible, connecting people to guidance, loved ones who have passed, and a tangible sense of continuity and meaning. I also address the profound effects of stress on the body, helping untangle the layered beliefs and energetic patterns that quietly shape behavior, health, and relationships.
What sets my work apart is the combination of lived experience and professional depth. I don’t approach healing, intuition, or energy work from a distance. I’ve lived through profound loss, rebuilt my life as a single mother, and learned how to keep moving forward while carrying grief, responsibility, and love at the same time. That reality shapes how I work with people. It brings a level of relatability, honesty, and compassion that can’t be taught. I bridge lived human experience, 21 years of medical experience and spiritual connection to help people untangle internal energy in a way that is practical, relatable, and empowering. I provide the opportunity for people to feel and experience the continuity of love that exists – an experience that I too needed more than anything. I bring empathy and humor into my work, while also creating space for real clarity, peace, and forward movement. People don’t just leave with insight, they leave feeling understood, grounded, and capable of navigating life from a more connected and confident place.
I am most proud of not giving up and following a path that hasn’t always been easy. I have learned the importance of understanding my own internal energetic body, regulating the central nervous system, and prioritizing a baseline of internal peace. I have taken many risks, relocating, leaving one of the most solid professional positions in medicine, and stepping into a world that has increasingly filled my heart. These choices have allowed me to grow, trust myself, and fully embrace the work that I feel called to do. I am proud that I have been able to create a life that provides me time, freedom and availability to my children, self and others through fulfillment and meaningful service.
What excites me is layered: the gratitude to do what I do, the the growing curiosity and research around how the spiritual and scientific worlds are converging, and the opportunities to share this work globally. I love sharing how these two realms intersect and are increasingly recognized as essential to our well-being. It’s inspiring to see respected institutions exploring this connection, and I feel honored to contribute in my own way. Traveling to beautiful places to share this work is especially meaningful and exciting, and I’ve been met with open, welcoming communities, like the incredible group of women at 02 Aspen. A natural state of excitement exists when your senses are lovingly and naturally heightened. The opportunity for continued learning, collaboration, and expansion in this space truly motivates me. Through live events, podcasts, interviews like this, and other forms of connection, I’m excited to keep showing up. I’ve also learned to embrace the unknown, and that, too, fuels my path forward.
The journey to where I am today has been incredibly challenging. I have built my work largely on my own, without external support in daily life, and it is through this experience that my growth and trust in a Divine love and in something bigger than ourselves have been profoundly strengthened.
The lessons I’ve learned along the way are powerful: consistency and practice lead to massive ripple effects in our lives. Showing up as my authentic self and understanding the difference between my energy, stored energy, external energy and Spirit energy has created a much more aware and peaceful place. Taking ownership of your life helps you find truth and fulfillment while simultaneously releasing what no longer serves you. I have learned not to give up, and that if you have a vision that is meaningful, you will be consistently pulled toward it until you step in.
My work is shaped by these experiences and expressed through the tools, insight, and lived moments I offer others, supporting real, long-term clarity, alignment, and self-trust. What I want people to understand about my work and my story is that we all have the ability to better understand our energy, to reconnect with the divine presence that exists beyond the physical, and to live with joy and fulfillment no matter what we’ve been through.
No one is ever truly alone, even when life experiences may make it feel that way.
My hope is that every person who works with me leaves with a deeper trust in themselves and their intuition, and with a felt sense of the enduring nature of love, carrying that guidance, connection, and healing into every part of their life, and experiencing true empowerment and peace.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’m a nature-loving, good food and good company kind of person. I enjoy exploring walking trails and hiking, and depending on the time of year, you’ll often find me at Mills Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
As I navigated my own grief after losing my husband to brain cancer, and as my work as a psychic medium grew and evolved, both direct and indirect influences played a significant role in teaching me who I am and what I’m here to do.
My two kids have been my greatest teachers. They have faced loss, change, multiple moves, adaptability, and uncertainty as constants in their young lives. In watching them, I’ve learned how naturally children inhabit the present moment, honest, unfiltered, and fully themselves. Their ability to move through life with authenticity and fluidity has shown me how to stay present and not hold on too tightly. Their encouragement and the truth they reflect have kept me going, even when moving forward felt heavy. They are my light and incredible reminders of love.
Another pivotal influence has been an indirect mentor of mine, psychic medium Rebecca Rosen. My connection with her began about 12 years ago, roughly a year after my husband passed. At that time, I was lost and unsure how to move forward. My grief was so deep that I felt profoundly alone, not because people weren’t showing up, but because being a 35-year-old widow with two young kids placed me on an emotional rollercoaster no one around me could truly understand.
I was encouraged by my grief counselor to see Rebecca to help me reconnect with the love and life I felt I had lost. Through a session with her, I, for the first time in nearly a year, felt my husband’s presence again, and that was what I had missed the most. That moment opened my heart just enough to believe that maybe things could be manageable. It was a small shift, but it became a powerful catalyst for healing.
I continued seeing her about once a year. By our third year, she mentioned the potential in me to practice mediumship and support others in the same way she had supported me. She encouraged me to pursue this work, even though I had many fears about stepping into it. While I was never formally mentored by Rebecca, she was the first person to truly believe in my ability, and she still does. Her kindness, integrity, and heart-centered approach made me trust her deeply, and her encouragement gave me the push I needed to leap after leap, both personally and professionally.
For all of these reasons, I truly owe a meaningful part of my journey to my children and to Rebecca. Their influence has shaped not just my work, but my healing, resilience, and sense of purpose
