Hi Laura, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
When we planned to start our business, we were mainly motivated by being able to offer people a bit of the gastronomy of our country of origin (Mexico). Our main goal is to satisfy our customers by enjoying a delicious and unique meal.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
When we planned to start our business, we were mainly motivated by being able to offer people a bit of the gastronomy of our country of origin (Mexico). Our main goal is to satisfy our customers by enjoying a delicious and unique meal. When we arrived in this country we never thought that we would have the opportunity to start a business, although sometimes it has not been easy, but we always pursue our passions, developing ourselves in what we like the most and at the same time turning it into our way of life.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
One of the places we enjoy visiting is Chatfield State Park, there’s such an amazing view, the lake is perfect for taking a boat ride, enjoying nature by bike or horseback riding, and camping at night. The next day it would be a must to take our friend to our food truck to try our delicious tacos

We are grateful with this state that has received us in an excellent way and has given us this great opportunity to start our own business, and especially to all the people who helped us achieve this dream
