Hi Lauren, what do you attribute your success to?
Keeping it real.

What should our readers know about your business?
Bound is different for many reasons, but the empathy we bring to every task is what makes us the most proud. We will never default to the “It’s just business” excuse. We tried that approach once, in the very early stages of Bound’s inception, and lost a friend because of it. From then on, we vowed never to follow a patriarchal roadmap ever again. At Bound, we say “I love you,” after our calls, we take each other’s emotional temperature before asking for help on a project, and we do not operate under the illusion that work is not personal. Our comfort in speaking vulnerably with each other is why we are not afraid to take a deep dive into major change when it’s necessary. We celebrate these wins and acknowledge we still have a lot of work ahead of us. That’s what keeps us motivated to keep learning and growing together.
