We had the good fortune of connecting with Leigh Lamitola and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Leigh, what’s something about your industry that outsiders are probably unaware of?
One thing about massage therapy that outsiders might be unaware of is that this type of healing goes beyond physical pain relief. Our physical symptoms are connected to emotional and mental wellbeing. The type of bodywork that I practice focuses on releasing resistance and aligning your energy so that you can heal within the layers of mental, emotional and physical imbalances.

Please tell us more about your work. We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about. How did you get to where you are today professionally. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way. What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
My business Intuitive Leigh is different than other massage businesses in that I offer Intuitive readings during massage sessions. I’m most proud of myself for following my passion to help others along their wellness journey. And to share my natural gifts as an intuitive reader. I am excited about my potential to expand and teach others about spiritual wisdom and healing within yourself.

I got to where I am today because I continue to follow my passion for helping others and I continue to deepen my intuitive abilities through spirituality and occult wisdom. My business success is primarily based on client referrals, so I have immense gratitude for my clients many who have been with me for more than 10 years.

I want the world to know that you have the ability to heal yourself. That encompasses mental, emotional and physical pain. I am here to help facilitate that during our sessions. I love teaching methods of healing empowerment through bodywork and yoga.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Chautauqua Park for hiking trails in Boulder Red Rocks for concerts
Teo Cali for local modern Mexican food & great drinks
Piripi Restaurant for Latin and Mediterranean food
Rocky Mountain Pilates and Yoga wellness center for amazing classes and ceremony experiences
Union Reservoir for kayaking and paddle boarding
My hometown of Erie has endless bike trails
Farmers market in Erie
Pearl Street Boulder – shopping and lots of food options

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d like to dedicate my shoutout to my beautiful wife Amie, my family & friends, my massage & yoga colleagues and my spiritual teacher Joseph. Thank you for believing in me and the work that I do.
