Hi Lexie, let’s start by talking about what inspires you?
Dealing with acne and overcoming my insecurities has profoundly shaped my journey to becoming the aesthetician I am today. I intimately experienced the impact of clear skin on my confidence, as I witnessed my self-esteem soar when my complexion improved. This personal transformation ignited a passion within me to help others who were going through similar struggles. I yearned to provide the same sense of relief and renewed confidence that I had discovered. It was this desire, rooted in my own experiences, that propelled me towards a career in aesthetics, where I can now make a positive difference in the lives of others facing similar skin challenges.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I thoroughly enjoy spending time outdoors, soaking up the beneficial vitamin D while being mindful of protecting my skin with sunscreen. If I have the pleasure of hosting a dear friend’s visit, I would be thrilled to take them to one of Colorado’s stunning hiking locations. After immersing ourselves in nature’s beauty, I would introduce them to one of my cherished spots, “Breckinridge Brewery.” There, we can relish the outdoors while being serenaded by music, surrounded by playful puppies. Indulging in delectable food and drinks, we would create lasting memories, savoring the fantastic offerings at this establishment.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I am incredibly grateful for the unwavering support and guidance I have received from fellow small business owners within the aesthetic industry. Their willingness to share their knowledge and offer valuable tips on how to thrive in our field has been instrumental in my journey to success. The camaraderie and sense of community among these individuals have not only fostered professional growth but also provided a strong network of support. Additionally, I am fortunate to come from a family of entrepreneurs, where the spirit of business ownership was instilled in me from a young age. The love and support of my family have been invaluable, providing a solid foundation and inspiring me to pursue my dreams with determination. I am indebted to these fellow business owners and my family for their belief in me, as their contributions have played a significant role in shaping the professional I have become.
