We had the good fortune of connecting with Lisa Bosch and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lisa, what do you attribute your success to?
It is definitely faith in my brand! I absolutely LOVE the products, company and most of all our philosophy, Mind, Body & Skin. Arbonne has proven itself to be the number 1 Global health & wellness company for 42 years. I never thought that I would be so PROUD to share my clean products business opportunity and most of all my passion for community and serving others. Because of my business and the people, I surround myself with my personal growth has me doing things I NEVER thought I would!

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?

I believe with my whole heart that my business has not only changed my life, but it has also changed so many others. Whether it is financial, health or both! Watching those journeys to personal and financial success is incredible. That is what my team is all about.

Network Marketing! I didn’t even know what that was when I started my business 3 years ago. I retired 3 years ago after being a special needs paraprofessional for 25 years. I LOVED what I did and especially the kiddos. I had used Arbonne products for years, so I was certainly confident sharing them with everyone.

Jumping into my business with mentors by my side I started learning about what a GIFT another stream of income could be. I wasn’t afraid even though there was a Pandemic and I didn’t even know what zoom was??? I was given the chance to work hard and learn about leadership through trainings and events. John Maxwell spoke at an event and his Leadership books have been instrumental. There are so many incredible long time Leaders for me to learn from and keep growing.

The Arbonne brand, Company, Home office and philosophy has shown me how much they care about the people, the planet and NOT the profit. We are a Certified B Corp which is a Certification that is not easy to come by.

I greet Mondays with joy becauseI love what I do so much that it isn’t like a “job” I get to love on others, own my time and change lives. Consistency is key! Work hard, don’t quit and you can have your dreams come true. I have been given time to serve the community volunteering with the houseless downtown.  Giving back to local charities is a big WHY I have my business.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

I am a Colorado Native and PROUD of it! I live in Parker so we would definitely start in my town. Still a small town feel downtown with charm and fun shopping and restaurants. Dinner would definitely be at Seasons 52 in Park Meadows. Best scallops I have EVER had! We would have to visit Colorado Springs and head up to Manitou Springs. Hikes, fresh air and a stop at Rudy’s for some BBQ.

Colorado’s gorgeous mountains are a must visit. Definitely spend a few days heading up 1-70 hit Black Hawk for some gambling fun and walking around and a steak dinner at Timberline Grill. Spend the night at Ameristar and enjoy the rooftop hotub and pool. Heading up the mountain you have to stop in Idaho Springs for pizza at Beau Jo’s. Glenwood Springs would be next for some mineral springs and a good night’s sleep at one of the historic hotels. Moving onto Grand Junction and Palisade. Vineyard tours and delicious fruits.

Coming back down the mountains is a good time to head to Breckenridge. Now that we are acclimated to the elevation let’s go skiing or tubing. In the summer I love to fish and camp which would be a blast too during the summer.

Time to go downtown Denver! First stop is Capital Grill for a Stoley Doley. The best vodka infused martini you will ever consume. Plan to walk around Larimer Square and take in the local shops. Book a show at the ClockTower for some hilarious entertainment. Enjoy 16th Street and have a night cap at the Westin upstairs bar and watch the ice skaters.

I would finish with a day in Downtown Littleton where I grew up before moving to Parker. Small town, delicious food at the Terra Cotta and some tunes at Jakes. Walk around Hudson Gardens and head home full of memories of Colorado.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I have to shoutout my family and my Arbonne team! My hubby is my biggest cheerleader, and his support has been so incredible. My youngest daughter is a RN and does Arbonne alongside her career. My other two, are clean product fanatics just like me.

I have been surrounded by women who have been with me every step of the way! I have many mentors that I have learned so much from. Leadership with humbleness, positivity and SO MUCH FUN!! We cry, laugh, work hard, travel and lift each other up and love the whole way. We do life together! Because they said yes to this business MY life has changed.
