Meet Lisa Jones | Strategic Business Oracle

We had the good fortune of connecting with Lisa Jones and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Lisa, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
The thought process behind starting my Strategic Business Oracle work was deeply personal and purpose-driven. After years of working as a CPA in high-level corporate environments and later stepping into my intuitive gifts, I saw a disconnect between financial success and true fulfillment. I’ve witnessed firsthand how high-achieving business leaders can have all the outward markers of success—wealth, influence, power—yet still feel empty, misaligned, or stuck.
This realization was solidified by my late husband’s regret at the end of his life—he had built financial success but wished he had helped more people. That moment became a guiding force for me. I knew I had a unique blend of experience—corporate finance, intuitive guidance, Human Design, and divine insight—that could help leaders bridge the gap between profit and purpose.
I started Strategic Business Oracle Mentoring to empower business leaders, CEOs, and founders to not only optimize their revenue and impact but to do so in a way that feels deeply aligned with their soul’s purpose. My goal is to help them avoid the trap of “Empty Wealth & Soulless Success” and instead create businesses that are fulfilling, expansive, and leave a meaningful legacy.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My business, Strategic Business Oracle Mentoring, is a fusion of corporate strategy, intuitive insight, Human Design, and divine guidance—helping business leaders align with their highest potential while optimizing revenue, impact, and fulfillment.
What sets me apart is that I don’t just offer business consulting—I offer a 360-degree holographic scan of a business and its leadership, uncovering unseen opportunities, alignment issues, and hidden profit centers. By combining my background as a CPA in high-level corporate finance with my ability to intuitively read energy, identify patterns, and provide divine timing guidance, I help CEOs, founders, and leadership teams achieve exponential success—without burnout or regret.
I’m most proud of the transformational shifts I help my clients achieve. It’s not just about making more money (though that naturally happens)—it’s about aligning business success with deep soul fulfillment. Seeing leaders move from overwhelm, stagnation, or dissatisfaction to clarity, confidence, and inspired action is the greatest reward.
Getting to where I am today was anything but easy. My journey started in corporate finance—working as a CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers and later in hedge funds. But after my husband’s passing in 2004 and my shared death experience, I had a profound awakening. I stepped away from traditional business and spent years exploring spirituality, mediumship, Human Design, and intuitive consulting.
Bridging the gap between corporate success and spiritual alignment wasn’t always straightforward. Early on, I struggled with how to position my intuitive gifts in a way that felt aligned, respected, and results-driven. Over time, I realized that CEOs and founders deeply crave intuitive, high-level strategy—but they often don’t know where to turn for it.
The biggest challenge was fully owning my gifts and trusting that my unique combination of financial acumen and divine insight was exactly what high-level leaders needed. Once I embraced my true calling as a Business Oracle, things clicked into place effortlessly.
Success without alignment is empty. I’ve seen wealthy people who feel unfulfilled because they’re out of sync with their true purpose. Your intuition is your greatest asset. The most successful business leaders trust their gut—whether they call it instinct, divine guidance, or strategic foresight. It’s not about working harder; it’s about working in flow. The right business model, team, and timing can make success feel effortless. Own your uniqueness. The moment I fully stepped into being a Business Oracle, everything became clear.
At the heart of Strategic Business Oracle Mentoring is this truth: You don’t have to sacrifice joy, freedom, or purpose to be successful.
I help CEOs, founders, and leaders create high-impact businesses that align with their soul’s purpose, ensuring they never have regrets at the end of life.
I believe in wealth as a vehicle for good—but only when it’s created from alignment and authenticity. My work ensures that business success isn’t just about revenue growth—it’s about fulfillment, impact, and legacy.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’m a proud Colorado native, born in Denver, and my son Robbie is the fourth generation of our family currently living in downtown Denver. Although I now live in Maui, I love coming back to visit and revisiting some of my favorite places.
If my best friend were visiting Denver for a week, I’d make sure they got the full experience—blending nostalgia from my childhood, iconic Denver spots, and some of the places I always enjoy when I’m back in town.
We’d start with a morning walk around Washington Park, one of my favorite places to soak in the beauty of the city. Growing up in Colorado, I always appreciated the changing seasons, and there’s nothing like a crisp morning walk around the park’s lakes and gardens. Afterward, we’d grab breakfast at Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, because you can’t visit Denver without indulging in their legendary pancakes and breakfast burritos.
One day, we’d visit the Denver Zoo, which holds a special place in my heart since my dad, Brian Klepinger, was the Chief Operating Officer there. Walking through the exhibits always brings back fond memories. From there, we’d head over to City Park for a picnic or visit the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, where my brother worked in the exhibits department back int he day, for a dose of history and exploration.
A trip to Denver wouldn’t be complete without shopping in Cherry Creek, where we’d browse the boutiques and enjoy a leisurely lunch at True Food Kitchen or North Italia. If it’s a warm day, we might stop for a rooftop drink at El Five, which has stunning panoramic views of the city.
For outdoor adventure, we’d drive up to Red Rocks, one of my all-time favorite places. I’ve attended countless concerts there, and whether it’s hiking the trails or just taking in the breathtaking scenery, it’s always a must-visit. If there’s a show at Red Rocks while my friend is in town, that’s a non-negotiable plan. Another nostalgic stop would be The Fort in Morrison, a longtime favorite restaurant known for its historic setting and incredible Colorado cuisine.
Of course, if the Broncos are playing, we’d have to go to a game at Empower Field at Mile High—there’s nothing like the energy of a Denver football game, and I was lucky enough to go this past September. If it’s not football season, we might catch a Colorado Rockies game at Coors Field or see the Denver Nuggets at Ball Arena.
To round out the trip, we’d spend a day in the mountains, maybe heading up to Evergreen or even Conifer, where I grew up. A scenic drive through the foothills, stopping at a cozy café, and reminiscing about my childhood would be the perfect way to wrap up the visit.
Denver is such a vibrant city with a mix of urban excitement and natural beauty. Whether it’s enjoying the incredible food scene, catching a game, or hiking in the mountains, there’s something for everyone to love.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There are so many people and influences that have shaped my journey, but if I had to highlight a few, I’d start with my late husband, Ian. His passing was the catalyst for my spiritual awakening and the work I do today. His final regret—wishing he had helped more people—became the seed for my mission to guide business leaders in creating wealth with purpose.
I also have to give a huge shoutout to Jeff Buehner and the Sultan Secret 7 program. Before working with Jeff, I had experienced miracles in my life but never understood how I was creating them. Through his teachings, I discovered the power of imagination, alignment, and embodying my highest vision. It’s been the most effortless and transformational coaching experience I’ve ever had, and it has played a massive role in my success.
Another deep source of support has been my mentors, friends, and spiritual guides—both seen and unseen. From Ram Dass, who I had a shared death experience with, to the incredible connections I’ve made throughout my journey, I have been blessed with wisdom, encouragement, and divine guidance.
Lastly, I want to acknowledge the business leaders, entrepreneurs, and visionaries I work with. Their willingness to step into alignment, embrace their intuitive power, and create impact-driven businesses inspires me every day. It is an honor to guide them, and I am grateful for every soul who trusts me to illuminate their path.
