We had the good fortune of connecting with Luke Anthony and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Luke, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Music has always been a big part of my life; music brings me joy, self expression, and has been the catalyst I wanted to reach into the hearts of people I care about. I started “Luke Anthøny Music” so I could help others do the same. I desired to help musicians improve themselves while providing an environment rich with creativity and emotional intelligence. I saw a need in the marketplace for hands on music production and one on one coaching for musicians. I wanted to be that safe space that could empower them to reach their full musical potential and actualize their dreams now! Thus, “Luke Anthøny Music” was born.

What should our readers know about your business?
I love my work! I love the fact that I can wake up every day and bring ideas to life and collaboratively produce a successful piece of art. My studio is very different from other music production companies out there… at “Luke Anthøny Music” my artists have their hands in the creative clay from the first demo, to the final master of their music. From day one they are supported with high level coaching and one on one feedback on their creative work and musical talents. My artists are trained in an environment that promotes high quality communication and fosters emotional intelligence so that when they leave the studio they are walking out with confidence in their abilities, pride in the art, and knowledge about how to succeed in the modern music industry.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I am a bit of a hippie, so there will be plenty of nature time on our agenda! Starting in town, we would start with a walkabout and meditation at North Cheyanne Canõn Park… the scenery is beautiful, the river is tranquil and the vibes are right!
Next, we’d definitely head to Ola Juice bar downtown for acai bowls and fresh juice shots…. fresh, healthy, and organic… yum!
I love the quirky hometown vibes of Manitou Colorado, so we’d be in for a shopping spree at Colorado Mountain Silver Company and fresh green mate from the Mate Factor.
To finish our day, drinks and live music at the Axe and Oak.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My Mom and Dad have been such an amazing support system throughout the years of my growth as a musician and now business owner. As you may know, we musicians are emo and desire lots of encouragement and discipline as we are developing into professionals. Without the emotional support of my family I couldn’t have developed the confidence, structure, and character that I needed to serve my clients and audience at the professional level. Thankyouuuuuu Mark and Tracie Greager!
