We had the good fortune of connecting with Luke Fischer and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Luke, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
Two habits that have significantly contributed to my success are consistency and enthusiasm. Consistency is the cornerstone of achievement. By consistently working towards my goals day in and day out, I’ve been able to make steady progress and overcome obstacles along the way. Whether it’s small daily tasks or larger long-term projects, maintaining a consistent effort has allowed me to build momentum and stay on track towards achieving my objectives.
Enthusiasm is another key ingredient in my recipe for success. When I approach tasks with enthusiasm and passion, it not only makes the work more enjoyable but also fuels my motivation and drive to excel. Enthusiasm is contagious, and it often inspires those around me to join in and support my endeavors. It helps me maintain a positive mindset, even during challenging times, and keeps me focused on the possibilities rather than the obstacles.
Combining consistency with enthusiasm creates a powerful synergy that propels me towards my goals. Consistently applying myself with enthusiasm ensures that I not only meet but exceed expectations, constantly striving for excellence in everything I do. These habits have become ingrained in my daily routine, shaping me into the successful individual I am today.
There are so many things that go into being successful. I don’t think there is one thing you can do or one habit you can master that will catapult you to success. You gotta find what works for you and master that. Master the habits that drive you forward and always keep going.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My art is intricately intertwined with my business, as I leverage my creativity in the audio world to bring people’s projects to life. Whether it’s producing audiobooks for authors or handling post-production for filmmakers, my goal is to elevate their projects through sound and storytelling.
What sets me apart from others in my field is my deep-rooted passion for music and sound engineering, honed over a lifetime of dedication to the craft. This passion drives me to constantly innovate and push boundaries, ensuring that each project I undertake is a unique and memorable experience for both myself and my clients.
One thing I’m particularly proud of is my ability to seamlessly blend artistic expression with technical expertise. I believe that true mastery in any field requires a balance between creativity and technical proficiency, and I strive to embody that philosophy in my work.
Getting to where I am today professionally hasn’t been easy. Living a creative life often means facing unique challenges and obstacles along the way. However, I’ve learned that perseverance and resilience are key to overcoming these challenges. By staying focused on my goals, maintaining a positive mindset, and constantly seeking opportunities for growth and learning, I’ve been able to navigate the ups and downs of the industry and emerge stronger than ever.
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned on this journey is the importance of finding balance in life and work. While pursuing your passion is undoubtedly fulfilling, it’s equally important to take care of yourself and nurture other aspects of your life. Only by achieving a harmonious balance between work, creativity, and personal well-being can you truly produce your best work and lead a fulfilling life.
Ultimately, my brand and story are built on a foundation of passion, dedication, and creativity. I’m committed to helping others bring their visions to life through the power of sound, and I believe that by staying true to my values and embracing the journey, anything is possible.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to dedicate my shoutout to Kirsten Vermulen of Sonic Guild Colorado and The Reverend Shawn Amos. Both of these individuals have played instrumental roles in my journey within the live music scene, and I owe them a great deal of credit and recognition for where I am today.
Kirsten Vermulen, with her unwavering belief in me and steadfast support, has been a guiding light in navigating the complexities of the Colorado music scene. Her encouragement and mentorship have provided me with invaluable insights and opportunities, allowing me to grow and thrive as a musician.
The Reverend Shawn Amos holds a special place in my heart as the one who gave me my start in this world of live music. As a young sound engineer in Los Angeles, his mentorship and introduction to countless people in the industry opened doors for me that I never thought possible. His belief in my abilities and willingness to invest in my growth laid the foundation for my success in the field.
Both Kirsten and The Reverend Shawn Amos deserve immense credit and recognition for the roles they’ve played in shaping my journey. Without their support, guidance, and belief in me, I wouldn’t be where I am today. I’m forever grateful for their contributions to my story and the impact they’ve had on my career in the music industry.
