We had the good fortune of connecting with Lynn Howard and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Lynn, can you share a quote or affirmation with us?
Be the change you wish to see in this world. Gandhi This quote hits me to my core, in an amazing way! Ever since I was little I knew that there was different in the world, that the broken environment I grew up in (abuse, drugs, alcohol, and more). I can remember at 4-5 years old thinking of how I could be different, who I needed to be to create a change. I even wrote an “essay” in elementary (high school and college) about breaking the abuse cycle! I have known for so long part of my lives purpose was to leave each place, person, and thing better than I found, to challenge by example and help others understand we are not our circumstances, but we have to choose first. I all aspect of life! What I do today is I help others get out of their way, be it karmic, childhood or current crap, to evolve into who they want to be, who they deserve to be, rather than what they have settled into.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
What sets me apart: I have walked the walk and talked the talk. I have had a lot of adversity growing up, working to pull myself out of the karmic family circles. I am a cancer survivor, abuse survivor, and more. I have been in sales and entrepreneurship for over 20 years, leadership roles since highschool. I believe the change comes from within. I have a strong sense of intuition, and strang spiritual ties, that help guide me. I have also known and been connected ot my lifes purpose since I was young. Strong Values, deep passion, intense fire within and empathy, a deep amoutn of empathy.
I am a hybrid Coach Consultant Muse… Focusing on leaders and entrepreneurs. My moto: no excuses only solutions, runs through my veins, also I beleive in people and possibilities. We are not our circumstances however they are a part of us, so how are you going to use them, versus them using you! I help leaders and entrepreneurs create a life they deserve, while learning to pay it forward, in a concious and productive way.
Loads of challenges: start from with in, where can I take responsibility for my part, what do I need to let go of, where am I making excuses..
Who I am?
I am many things. A Mom. Nona. Friend. Manifestor. Catalyst. Digital Nomad. Creator. Hustler. Spiritual. Serial Entrepreneur. Connector. Networker. Communicator. Podcaster. Coach. Consultant. Global. Speaker. Game Changer. Culture Shifter. Mindset Challenger. And much more
What I do?
What I help Entrepreneurs/Leaders (Globally) do is stop making excuses (or letting them use them as a crutch) , get out of their own way, kick butt in their life, take ownership of who they are and want to be and make it happen, Increase their TWV (time worth value), while up-leveling their communication and interpersonal relationship skills. How I do this is: either with the individual or their team (employees) hybrid (coaching/consulting/training) as well as speaking.
I teach entrepreneurs, leaders, and educators how to get out of their own way, so they can build the life and business they crave.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Local breweries, museums, significant sights. * I am not sure how to answer this, since I am currently working remote in Thailand.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I have had so many lights on my path! The more recent ones:
Joann Seery from BNI Hawaii, was a great mentor and friend, who gave me a chance to serve, and it forever changed my life.
Eddie Esposito, in New Orleans, has been a mentor and friend, who has shown me such great support over the past 10 years and given me invaluable tools.
My Family: The kiddos and my Ex-Husband (best friend), who believe in me sometimes more than I have myself while challenging me to be more and have helped keep that fire deep in me alive and fierce
A small group of special Friends: Who put up with my crazy, are my sounding boards, push me in ways no one else can!
Book: Atomic Habits is a fav right now
