We had the good fortune of connecting with Madi Fletcher and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Madi, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I’ve always been a highly organized person from a young age. I’m a person that enjoys finding ways to maximize space and finding the right place to keep the right things. My friends and I used to rearrange our bedrooms, closets, and even school supplies in ways that were not only easy to find but aesthetically pleasing. Coming from a corporate background, organization is one of the keys to operating efficiently while minimizing mistakes. It’s also no secret that good organization can help with mental clarity and even better mood. Studies show that a clean room = a clean mind. Tidying things up makes me feel better, and prepares me for whatever challenges come my way. I firmly believe in doing what you love and want to help others see the value of staying organized. There’s also something very attractive about being your own boss so I decided to take the risk of being an entrepreneur.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

Believing in yourself is critical to anything I do. Positivity, passion, and focus also play a major role in this. Trust the process! Know your limits, know what you can achieve, and make it happen. I come from fairly humble beginnings. My family was comfortable, but by no means wealthy. I moved to Colorado at a young age, and I love everything this place has to offer. I am a child of divorce which is a difficult situation for any kid. It gave me the strength to pursue my independence and learn how to achieve my goals and go for what I want out of life. These challenges gave me the opportunity to be creative and gave me the time to figure out who I am.
You’re going to laugh, but the biggest thing I learned is how valuable it is to have structure and account for both growth and loss when you’re getting started. I may have an advantage with my corporate background, but I’m always learning new things. Positivity and staying focused are very important to being successful in anything you do. Starting a business isn’t easy, but it’s important to keep the end goal in sight. I’m lucky to have a supportive husband and I try to keep that positivity no matter what I’m facing. I’m genuinely excited about what I do and I think that can be infectious. Whether it’s reorganizing a kitchen, color-coordinating a closet, or whatever my client may need, my goal is to get them excited about what we’re doing. It may not seem like fun to a lot of people, but I try to share my joy of organization with anyone who enlists my services. It’s amazing to see someone who may have been nervous about their project start brainstorming and helping me to realize their vision. I’ve seen this spark happen first-hand and I hope to inspire the same passion in everyone I come across.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Living in Colorado there is so much to do! I’m a foodie, so this trip would revolve around delicious, unique places to eat and enjoying the outdoors.
Day One: It’s important to stay hydrated and get acclimated to the altitude if you’re new to the city. We would take it easy, walk outside, drive around town, and eat brunch at a local place, PJ’s Diner; they have homemade biscuits and jelly!
Day Two: Take a hike! We have so many trails near my home and neighboring towns like Boulder. Go for some tacos at AyAyAy Tacos (voted 24th best taco restaurant in the U.S. for 2022).
Day Three: Head to Boulder and walk around Pearl Street. There are so many boutiques to shop at and a variety of restaurants for outside dining.
Day Four: Take a trip downtown to soak up the culture. We have great museums, historical buildings, and fun ghost tours – if you’re into that! Then, eat THE BEST Thai food in Denver, Chada Thai, for lunch. For dinner, have a “fancy” night and splurge on French cuisine at Chez Maggy.
Day Five & Day Six: Take a drive into the mountains. There are so many little towns to check out and have a relaxing day. Vail/Edwards are cute little towns to shop and eat in. Glenwood Springs has the best hot springs pool, and many other fun activities. Black Hawk for the casinos, fun drinks, and the spas; it’s a nice short, beautiful drive up the mountain and has a little town to walk and show. We could head over to the old opera house to catch a show, or relax at a spa!
Day Seven: Wind down before traveling home -The Bagel Deli is a MUST.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Shoutout to my supportive husband! He helps me to keep that positivity no matter what I’m facing, encourages me to step out of my comfort zone, builds me up if I’m down, and reminds me to be myself. Second shoutout to my best friend Mallory, she has been my biggest cheerleader in this venture. The way she helps promote my business gets me so pumped up and energized to make this a long time success.
