We had the good fortune of connecting with Marcus Seay and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Marcus, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I wanted to create a business for music artist, but give them the space to not only be an artist, but to also expand their creativity . I wanted to surround artist with videographers, managers, and a space to start their own podcast or show and build their own brands and also have people around them to handle all the hard work so that each artist can just focus on their craft. I call it building a fortune 500 company within a fortune 500 company.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I think what sets me apart from others, is I put not just the company, the everybody involved with the company above myself. I enjoy watching other succeed, and I love helping them succeed even more. I most excited to see these artist who i’ve been travleing on this musical journey with, reach the goals and dreams that they have been sacrifising for for years. I believe i made it to where im at now professionally because I have always put the company before anything. Everybody in All Out 6 ENT knows they can ask me for anything and im there, call me at anytime of the day or night and ill pick up, and not only will I motivate you daily, im also going to hold you accountable. I feel like everyday is a new challenge, but staying motivated and always thinking about what this company is going to be in the future really keeps me going. I’ve learned alot so far, but i would say the biggest thing ive learned is keep going and believe in yourself. If I could let the world know one thing about All Out 6 ENT, it would be, watch out for the next biggest thing in entertainment.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If I had a friend visiting me in the springs, id probably take them to our production studio first to show them what we have going on and to meet some of the artist or personalities that they are familiar with on social media and streaming platforms, then probably go to Coati for some drinks. Besides that, probably spend a couple days in dever and try and go to a concert, check out a bunch of different restaurants, and a Nuggets game.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First, I wouldn’t be in the position that i’m in today if it wasn’t for producer, engineer , and my best friend FranChize. Growing up i never wanted to be an artist, and in 2013 I had nothing going for myself, or sense of direction my life was headed. FranChize was already an established producer, so when i approached him about wanting to start doing music and needing help doing so, he could’ve declined my offer, but instead he accepted it, and from that day on, we were together every single day working on music and him helping develop myself into an artist. Along the way, FranChize also connected me with producer, engineer, and artist am.wav and Devin Malloy, who both also played a huge part in my musical career. In 2018 FranChize was hired at AML Production Studio as the head audio engineer, which leads me to my next shout out, Johnny Banks, the owner of AML Production Studio. After getting to know each other, Johnny gave me his word that he would find a position for myself at AML, a couple months later, he kept his word and hired me as the creative director and my partner Nathen Mithcell as a videographer. This is where my love for video production started and blossomed into myself owning my own production company.
