We had the good fortune of connecting with Natasha Peeples and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Natasha, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I am always seeking how best to serve the people in my life and my community. As a full-time active duty military member, everything I do is literally in service of others. My history and love of entrepreneurship started 25 years ago and I never stopped. Owning my business provides me with my own creative outlet, it’s a chance for me to shape my own way of helping people, and it forces me to grow in ways I never thought possible. I currently own four businesses, and I sought to design an experience or a resource that aided others in my own unique way. That’s the difference that I bring – who I am for others. If I could somehow support someone, no matter how small, that’s what makes owning my business worth it. I also love the freedom I curate for myself and my family in how I conduct my business. I get to be intentional and expansive when it works best for me, all the while continuing to transform lives with either my possibility coaching business, my skincare business, my haircare business, or my podcasts. At the end of the day, creating that kind of sustainability with my passions is what allows me to own these businesses and NEVER get burnt out. Because truly I could never imagine walking away from the opportunity to partner up with someone and help them reach their goals.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What I offer is a uniquely curated collaborative experience in partnership with my possibility coaching. The results I achieve with my clients in 90 days or less is life-changing, from then on. As a possibility coach, I design a program based completely on the results that my clients are looking for. There are no 10 steps to fix you. There’s no set program. It’s completely crafted with each coaching client based on their responses to my reflection sheet. No two programs are the same, no two experiences mirror each other. That’s what is most exciting about this journey – we create it together newly every time. I am so proud to share that I delivered on the results every time, in less than 90 days, and my clients’ lives were transformed from then on. My 25 years of leading, personal and professional development, mentoring, and coaching were all tailored to achieve the seemingly impossible.

Alright, so let’s jump right in! The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there a person, group, organization, book, etc. that you want to dedicate your shoutout to? Who else deserves a little credit and recognition in your story?
Audrey Wilson, founder of Dear Juni (@dearjuni), has been tremendously supportive in my endeavors to transform the lives around me with my talents and partner up along the way to encourage each other as women entrepreneurs – doing what’s never been done before and filling that niche withi love. I love finding empowered women who empower others.
