Meet Nicki Sage | Recording artist, professional musician, booking agent, and digital media professional.

We had the good fortune of connecting with Nicki Sage and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nicki, what do you think makes you most happy? Why?
A lot of things make me happy, but all in all, I would say that music and art make me the happiest. I am very blessed to be able to do what I love for a living. I find it to be very therapeutic, to have this kind of purpose.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a professional musician and also run an entertainment and media company called Simply Sage Media and Entertainment. We help artists nationwide, and operate as a booking agency for musicians and venues. We also provide videography, photography, and other digital media services to both musicians and other clients of many different varieties–anywhere from live shows to weddings, to events, to private parties, family photos, portraits, headshots for actors and professionals, etc etc. I also work with a new dance troupe/company in Denver called “Entice Me Lites”, formerly known as Ambient Movements. We throw variety shows, burlesque shows, and also go-go dance at events and festivals.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
The first thing that I would do is to drive up to Boulder with her and climb Chautauqua. Then hit up Pearl Street Mall and introduce her to all of the cool, eclectic shops!

Head down to downtown Denver and book a reservation at Sushi DEN, and then catch a show at the Broadway Roxy!

And then drive out to Colorado Springs to hike Garden of the Gods. And then out to Estes Park to check out the Rocky Mountain National Park.

There are so many things to do in Colorado!!

My first shout out goes to Dave Ingraham for the referral! Dave was the my photographer for a showcase I hosted at So Many Roads a few years ago, and is a truly talented guy!! He took some very wonderful photos of us!
