Meet Rebecca Lorenz | CEO & Founder

We had the good fortune of connecting with Rebecca Lorenz and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Rebecca, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Starting my own business wasn’t just a professional leap—it was a journey of personal discovery and a deeply rooted belief that personal and professional success can co-exist.
When I first started my career—and even as a young mother juggling a thriving job and family life—I wish someone had told me: You don’t have to sacrifice one for the other. Success isn’t a game where you start with a fixed number of cards and have to trade joy for achievement, or purpose for a paycheck. I believe we can all create abundance to the level we desire, in every area of our lives.
What drives me today are three things;
1. Empowering sales professionals to build thriving, joy filled lives filled with financial rewards.
2. Showing up with kindness and empathy in every human interaction, leaving people better than I found them.
3. Showing up with kindness and empathy in every human interaction. I learned years ago that happiness is CREATED and I work daily to create it for myself and those around me.
I entered the mortgage industry in 1999 in Northern California. At the time, I thought it was a temporary job—a way to earn some income while I searched for a “real” career. But over two decades later, I’m still here, because I found my purpose in it.
Along the way, I’ve learned—and now teach—core truths about sales:
• The power of relationships
• The ability to adapt to personalities and learning styles
• The impact of your words
• The importance of consistency
• Power of Mindset, what you focus on expands!
Data and numbers matter in sales, but they’re secondary to human connection
Years ago, I found myself at a professional crossroads. I was frustrated, mentally exhausted, and unsure where to turn next. I shared with a friend that I was thinking about starting my own company. She asked me a simple question:
“Can you do it better?”
And something in me lit up. Every fiber of my being screamed YES. In that moment, I knew it was time. Time to leap. Time to trust myself. Time to help others not just survive, but create the lives they’ve been dreaming about—lives full of joy, purpose, and success.
When choosing a name, I knew it had to include the word INFINITE. The meaning—without boundaries or limits—spoke directly to the kind of life I wanted to help others create.
Someone once asked me, “Aren’t you afraid the people you train will become your competition?” And I responded with one of my favorite sayings: “You can’t compete with me—I want you to win too.”
Today, I get to live my mission every day through:
• Delivering keynotes that are impactful and create change
• Group coaching programs that focus on: mindset, skillset and consistency
• One-on-one coaching for professionals designing the life they’ve dreamt about
My company, Infinite Success Strategies, and this passion, are my aligned “yes”—and I’m grateful every day to walk alongside others as they create their best life.
Because success isn’t a trade-off. It’s a creation. And we get to build it Infinite Success together.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
When friends come to visit me in Colorado, there are a few must-see spots that always make the itinerary—places that capture the magic, charm, and uniqueness of this beautiful state.
First up: Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
From sunrise yoga to sunset concerts, there’s just something sacred about this place. It’s more than a music venue—it’s a Colorado experience, carved into the natural beauty of the rocks. Whether we catch a show or simply stand in the silence of the morning, Red Rocks always stirs something in your soul.
Next stop: Casa Bonita.
Yes, that Casa Bonita. Maybe it’s because nearly every birthday party of my elementary school years was spent watching cliff divers and wandering through pink-lit caves—but this quirky, iconic spot is part of the true Denver experience. Nostalgia and novelty in one unforgettable meal.
Then it’s up to Boulder.
We’ll grab lunch at the Dushanbe Tea House, stroll Pearl Street Mall, soaking up the local shops before heading to Chautauqua for a hike that delivers stunning views without needing an entire day.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I wouldn’t be where I am today without my family. My husband Jason who is my number one fan, He cheers me on, supports me endlessly and picks up the slack at home when I am supporting clients or traveling.
When I was considering starting Infinite Success Strategies he was the catalyst that helped me take the leap and bet on myself!
