We had the good fortune of connecting with Rhea Horvath and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Rhea, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting my own business was to hold space for a self-care experience that I would like to have. My intention has been to create a collective of womxn, facilitating self-care for all people.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Womxnfolk Wellness Studio is a collective that believes in our innate ability to heal. We provide many holistic and earth-centered modalities for all humans, emphasizing playfulness, and expressive self-care. We are vessels for loving, safe, and intuitive healing. We celebrate vulnerability, free of shame, and judgment. We emphasize creativity, divine femininity, and coming home to yourself. Womxnfolk, as it stands today will be 3 in Febuary. Getting to where we are now, has been an organic evolution, met with so much joy and some challenges, of course. I accept the lessons that come along with challenges and I am grateful for them. I’ve learned so much through my interpersonal work with others that have in turn helped my business thrive.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Pick up City Donuts on the way to Rocky Mountain National Park. Thrift at Gone for Good and Blue Pan Pizza for dinner.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Shout out to all the womxn in my life. You are my teachers, and I LOVE you for it!
